Quality of Food not Good and Quantity of Food also not Upto Mark. We ordered for Dum Aloo Punjabi, first they served in small quantity so after seeing it I ordered him to repeat Dum Aloo Punjabi. Second Serving came in Big container but very bad quality of Gravy and Aloo also were not Stuffed. I asked the waiter to call the Chef. After showing everthing to Chef the conclusion they took was to take away the repeated vegetable. I would not at all recommend to have Food. We had no experience about the Hotel, we entered the Hotel in the Name of The Fern. I seriously do not Recommended the Hotel.

Was here for official meeting. Food is delicious. Rooms are okay. Meeting arrangements are not much good now but as it only option available there you have to go with it.

Got a room with overwhelming smell of smoking. Raised multiple complaint with the front desk, but all they did was spray the room with some cheap room freshener, which made things worse...had a headache while sleeping in the room..asked for a room change, but they said all rooms are full. But frankly i just saw a only a couple of more people in the hotel during dinner or next morning at breakfast time. So i doubt it was full. Very bad experience.

Since the senior staff changed the services and the quality of the hotel became poor while the prices increased around 34%. Even the tea prices increased 150% . Tea was served in RS 50 now the price is Rs 125. But despite this the service has become very bad.

Just name is good, not worth to go there, very much expensive, and very less quantity. Slow service. AC not cooling. Don't waste money there.

Poor service, waste of money, price is so high and you will get very less amount of items in buffet also taste is not good, will give minus five ratings if possible.

Sorry ,,, i had paid 7k+ per day and its in village area were you cannot access anything from 8pm, Buffet Food is not great. Food served to the rooms are good and not that expensive. Paying this much amount for one day .... for me its not worthy.
