Rooms are very good, but Food is Overpriced and the Buffet Spread is Paultry -- with hardly 5-6 food items offered in the spread!! Overall, experience should have been better if the Food spread was broader! Breakfast spread is comparatively much much better though! Overall, pleasant stay and conducive experience. Great location- just opposite to City Center II!

It was undoubtedly the worst Fern hotel I have stayed in. Reception staff is slow and non courteous and take 20-30 min to check in. It appears they have to pay if they smile. The rooms are very small and smell. Windows were unclean. Washrooms have non-functional fittings which are blocked.Hot water comes for 10 min only. Bathroom was not cleaned even after saying so. Food is average, the buffet has very limited options. Laundry service took more than 30 hours to deliver that too after calling twice. Electric kettle was not working and was not changed even after the complaint. Lots of noise coming during night,very disturbing,could hear drilling and hammering all night. Only one of the female staff in the restaurant was professional and courteous along with the security guards. Moreover my bill was supposed to be B2C but they were asking me to pay directly,till I showed the booking receipt. Overall very poor experience

It was Remarkable stay with Fern Residency Hospitality and their all staffs , Management, overall Hotel Operations and Delivery is concern, it was Fabulous one. Recommended Rooms Category, Food, Bar, Hotel Ambience, Manager, Reception, Front office behaviour,Night Services car pick up drop, Room services and housekeeping including night guards, security , Travel services providers. I'm writing this review to share my pathetic experience of staying at The Fern residency, Rajarhat Kolkata. I had a bad stay here, I have stayed in other fern hotels but this is not the experience I've had. The rooms were stinky, unhygienic & poorly maintained, Smells badly. I had stay for a night only but not able to slip due to bad odour, I have asked the person at reception to spray Room freshener but not done. The washroom has dust and dirt all over it & was very disgusting. Washroom has bad smell. The brsheets and pillow having bad smell. Very bad experience. I booked by trusting the brand name of Fern residency, but it failed. The two star for location due to it is near to Airport.

I had a terrible stay here, I have stayed in other fern hotels but this is not worth a fern. First things first : Check in and check out process is so long, more than 30 minutes each. There were no other person checking in that time. Restraurant: rate chart of certain food items are hidden, don't get surprised on a long bill. Too expensive, more than 5 star hotels. Property: rooms are not sound proof, alot of traffic noise. Entire property is not well maintained, looks like haunted house. Smells bad. I felt suffocating staying for 1 night. Person with asthma avoid this hotel. What's good: Security person are well mannered, really took care of our comfort. After checking out also one of them said it's hot outside please wait inside till cab arrives. I was amazed by this gesture. I wish him all the best though I don't know his name.

Lobby area and rooms have a pungent smell. It needs to maintain a lot as property has become quite old. Not for people who prefer and focus on cleanliness and bad smell.

The main course on the buffet was definitely not up to the mark !! The mutton seemed to be hard for everyone who had opted the buffet..they were cooking it further only when pointed. The cake was smelling. The starters were good along with the desserts
