Check in was busy as many people were waiting in the lobby but not sure why. The check out was early and seemless. The only issue was the amount of time it took to receive laundry back. We were looking forward to staying here after a long day of travel and the hotel lost our reservation with no explanation. The manager tried to blame us and said we canceled it, but we still had an active confirmation number. They overbooked the hotel and tried to shift blame to us, so we had to find a different place to stay late at night.

The stay was very pleasant. The ambience the hospitality the rooms the cleanliness.. everything was upto the mark. Staff is very polite and helpful. Very near to Albert Hall museum and other sight seeing points. If you need a relaxed and comfortable stay.. please go there.

Exemplary Stay at Fern I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Fern Hotel in Jaipur, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way (take it sarcastically) Very strange thing I gone through & that too very first time that during check-In process only they asked for complete amount. ( Thought our rooms were booked by company) so be prepared to pay full amount for your stay before experiencing the actual stay. In this review, I will provide a detailed account of my stay, Location and Accessibility: The Fern Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Jaipur, making it easily accessible from major transportation hubs such as the airport and railway station. Situated in a prime area, the hotel offers proximity to popular attractions, shopping centers, and business districts, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Room Comfort and Amenities: My room at The Fern Hotel was so small that hardly one person can manage there.The furnishings were stylish but not provided with ample space for relaxation. If you're planning to go with your family please take care accordingly. specifically if you get room on 7th floor here then please be ready to give up your entire night sleep as you'll hear continuous sound of pool water in your room. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a safe, but no space to walk also. Service and Staff: The service at The Fern Hotel deserves special mention. The staff members were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Dining Experience: The hotel offers a range of dining options that cater to diverse culinary preferences.The restaurant's ambience was sophisticated, and the staff provided excellent service, further enhancing the overall dining experience. Facilities and Amenities: I'll not much word on this section. As I was there for business trip.

Stayed for 2 nights with family, having mixed reviews which are as follows. Likes: 1) Location is good if you are a street food lover (Samosa. Soya chap, varieties of famous street foods near Raja Park area, Gud Mishri shop Janta Colony etc.), also it is within few KMs of shopping places like Bapu Bazar, Johri Bazar area. 2) The hotels breakfast buffest is awesome, they have so much varieties which we have never seen in our entire Rajasthan trip! Dislikes: 1) Services are delayed, we had to call 2-3 times for water bottles, even while taking bath in rooftop pool, there was no fresh towel and it was 1 PM and there were no other visitors at the pool. Also our room door was not getting automatically locked while going out, you need to pull hard. This was acknowledged by the service guys. 2) Though we did not stay on top floor, but every morning 5 AM they will open the pool cleaning drainage pipe and the continuous water through drain noise disrupted our morning sleep. We have informed next day mooring at reception but no luck. Also at check-in they have asked for all nights stay cost to pay in advance which is bit odd to me (that could be hotel's policy). Anyway, our stay was at par if you ask overall. In Jaipur there are plenty of hotels with mid-range, my feedback would be this hotel cost/day is not worth as per their services.

This place is wonderful However accommodation cost is high. Service is average. Location is good near Pink square mall

It's a great place with all amenities and value for money. Staff hospitality is superb. Food quality is too good. Simply love my family stay. Tourist attraction points are easy to reach through self car. Don't try spa in this hotel. As spa staff is not good in massage.
