The Fern Residency, Haridwar - Hotel in Haridwar, Motichur Range - Haridwar, India

Had such a good experience staying in the hotel. The staff members of the hotel and restaurant is attentive and quickly responds to our requests. Room is comfy, location is strategic and food tastes like home food.. our kids loved the place.. Looking at this hotel chain for our stay in India, hoping to have similar excellent standards!

We stayed on October 24 and 25. It was a religious trip. Rooms are big and all amenities are there except a head shower. Hand shower is provided. Reception - Staff are good with politeness and smiling service. We had breakfast on both the days. It was a good vegetarian spread. We take only vegetarian. Their Bread Pakoda was superb. It's much away from Har ki Paudi. You need a car .Cleanliness is well maintained.

Don't go by the photos the hotel is located quite outside Haridwar and the standards are not upto other fern hotels. The rooms are okay and not very clean. It doesn't look that luxurious as per its brand name here. The food is good although and the staff is cooperative. The place needs a renovation and much cleanliness.

Overall a very good place to stay , a bit far from the main city of Haridwar but the location is good as it's on the highway, the rooms were clean and good size , the service was a bit slow , there's definitely room for improvement. The totally outstanding part is definitely the food . The breakfast buffet was very good and the dinner as well.

The rooms are so old they feel haunted. The rooms have not yet been renovated after being acquired from previous management. The wall color is falling apart, the floors are all coming off and old. There is not much cleanliness. The bathroom are old and dirty and they stink. Definitely don't rely on the Fern family name here when you book your room. For the service the staff is extremely courteous. But that does not solve the issue of the stay. I am paying for a good room. My interaction with the staff is minimum. The restaurant is great. And they serve good food also the staff again is extremely courteous. And the management is good. But please do not rely on the photos to get a room. I didn't take much picture but the one thing that really grossed me out was the blood on the comforter. Had to ask the staff to change it. Definitely not worth the Fern quality.

The hotel is located about 7 km from Har ki Paudi. The location is apt as it's not very near to city traffic. They have good parking space. The rooms are large and clean. The restaurant is also good and serve quality food. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful.

Extremely average DHARAMSHALLA Old room, average interior, No AC working, No hot water, dirty towels, worst service, odd location. Spoiling FERN brand value. Bad experience ever. No shower, tumbler only.

Very good hotel. I will rate 5 out of 5. Very specious room. Food is excellent. Overall ny stay was awesome .
