I stayed overnight at the Fern Bhuj. The property is big enough for a comfortable stay even though it looks otherwise from outside. The service quality was exceptional. The staff were cooperative and helpful. I had some issue during the check in. However, the FOM Deepak handled it professionally. Breakfast spread was limited, but the food was good in taste. The room was clean. Keep in mind that there is no outside view from the window. One should visit the place of you are looking for a comfortable short stay. Once again thanks to Deepak and his team for exceptional service. I will stay at the place again whenever back to the Bhuj.

The rooms had a peculiar smell which I hadn't seen in any hotel I have stayed so far. Most of the rooms have their individual AC rather than centralized one which is a separate issue. The lids of the glass bottle in which was was served in the room was loose and not airtight. The towels etc was brownish in colour and was not comfortable to use. The only saving grace was the food served and the staff working in the restaurant

The staff seemed quite inexperienced and not at all informative about the city or recommendations. Booking a taxi to go around with the hotel was also quite complicated. The restaurant staff was not knowledgeable about the menu or local cuisines which was quite surprising.
They are charging very high and giving very less facilities. The breakfast is terrible they've served the same dishes for three days. The staff is not trained and rude. My friend fell sick after eating bread pakora with stale potatoes
