*Ideally located and easily accessible. *Parking is available and also wheelchair accessible. *The winter green room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is slightly cramped but functional. *The restaurant is also spacious and a good variety in breakfast and buffet for lunch/dinner along with a-la-carte. *Service is quick, but in peak times, there is a slight lag. Staff polite and helpful. - Two aspects that require attention a)Parking for self driven cars should be on the same level and chauffeur driven/cabs on the lower level. b)The drain in the shower cubicle is right in the centre where one stands, so it needs to be shifted as water accumulates on the side.

Great location. Beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. It was clean, stylist, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and the service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Accessibility from the airport was what made us choose this hotel. The staff is courteous and friendly. Though I didn't have a good time while booking through one of the apps and reaching them on calls was a task, it was a different experience once we reached there. The food from the inhouse restaurant was also authentic and tasty. Overall a good experience.

We are a family of four and we stayed in the Fern Club Room. The room was quite large and very comfortable for 4 persons. The buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of options and the taste was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience in this hotel.

Best experience I can say, very good staff, specially Premula, Jajang, Baby. And all others. I had stayed here for 20 days for business purpose never felt away from home. The way they used to treat and care was special. I do suggest all people have visit here. My special experience was Premula's special mock tails and her food suggestions. Thank you team for giving me best experience.

We stayed there for 2 nights ,rooms were clean & tidy,breakfast spread has varieties. Polite staff. My request for early checkin allowed which made us feel very comfortable after a long journey . Food we ordered for dinner was also good.

Fantastic experience. We stayed for 3 nights here. Rooms are very well maintained and clean. The breakfast spread was quite good. The highlight of our stay here was the staff and their service. They were very responsive. Location wise, there are a lot of eateries around too.

Sorry to say . My boss is staying at 10 Oct today. When I come & go in driver room totally disappointed because it's too dirty & un clean, washroom is totally like common toilet. Sorry to say when I go talk with security guard he show me I am not important human on earth. I am driver & I am a human I also like cleanness. Your check in desk person also like this. I never complaint against anyone but all rooms is cleaning daily why not driver room. driver have a family if washroom is not hygiene any incident what about human. With warm regards.
