I can't describe my pleasant experience but I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff of the hotel, we have got the most comfortable stay or service of our life. I was on a 3 day trip with my whole family and we were 28 people of all ages and people of all age groups got the care and services as per our choice. The Best people at best place

Placed between the Uparkot fort and Girnari mountains, a very nice place to stay, other than the slightly lax room service and repetitive breakfast buffet, comfortable place, great for kids, very warm and helpful managerial staff specially Miss Yashvi..who helped us in getting local tour planned.

Rooms are fairly plush and comfortable. Has all the modern amenities. Had a room with the view of the Girnar range - which was fairly nice. Service at the restaurant was okay and quality of food was fair enough (strictly veg though).

We were very exited about this place but it really turned in to a big disappointment. The facility is good but the service was deplorable. To start with front desk staff was so sad, no smiles to be seen anywhere. They all looked like something serious happened. The restaurant service was equally bad. Food was okay but the total restaurant experience was unpleasant. The lobby restroom had very strong urine smell from the waterless urinals that were not properly maintained. In rooms, I had to mandatorily watch extra long local fern promotional video every time I turned on the tv and no way to bypass it. I paid twice the price for the room and got quarter of the service compared to the Bellview Sarovar Portico just a few minutes away.

The property is really good. Breakfast is delicious, the only thing I found lacking was the hotel staff smiling gesture. Guests feel little odd when they don't smile or greet in a polite manner. Other than that, everything is fine

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. classy dining hall, huge spread of food, very tasty too. All in all, value for money Really appreciate the hospitality extended by Sulata, she was too courteous.

We had been there with family and friends for the lunch. The food quality was very good and tasty. The service was also quick. All the staff members were very polite and cooperative. Nice ambience. A must visit place.

I stayed here for 3-4 days in August 2022. I have never had a better experience in my life, and when here I want to specify that I have stayed at 5 stars all over India, Singapore and Canada at numerous occasions, but this place simply takes the cake. Rooms- They are extremely spacious equipped with the best of amenities. What I really liked is the calming music that plays in the restroom and the hotel lobby. Restaurant Staff- I have seen 2 kinds of restaurant's staff in India; they are either too amateur to handle anything properly, and therefore nervous, or they are so polished that it feels fake. The restaurant staff at Leo Fern was not just friendly but humanely friendly. They treated you with an authority like you are their personal guest. I remember one day when we got late coming back from the Somnath Temple, and the staff stayed back late so that we can have our dinner. This is tremendous. Food- Food quality and variety were both remarkable. Pool and Gym- The pool was really big and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The gym was simply very good though. Game Room- We spent a lot of time here, playing pool & snooker. Apart from this, there was so much more on the platter, everything in impeccably good condition. They also had video games on pay per use basis. Spa- Spa was really spacious and I liked the massage service and overall quality. My only recommendation would be that if the Spa management (which is separate from the hotel management) can give a package deal containing massage, and sauna + Jacuzzi then people will be encouraged to use them. Location- I really liked the views. The resort was also not very far from the Girnar trek or the buddhist caves. Resort Expanse- The entire resort was spread across a large area, having green lawns and a 24 hour cafe. Resort Decor- It was beautiful, be it the reception area or the waiting area, the larger-than-life chandeliers, or the furniture sets, everything was very well done. To summarize, I have never written such a positive review for any place before, where everything was of top notch quality. I just wish them all the best and hope they continue to excel.
