The Fern Kadamba Hotel & Spa, Velha Goa - Panjim, Goa - Featured Reviews (3519)
I recently stayed at a hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens smelled fresh and clean. The room was equipped with all the basic amenities I needed including a TV, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The concierge services were particularly useful in helping me plan my day and navigate the city. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and tidy.
I also appreciated the security measures in place at the hotel which made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The restaurant was the worst experience no quality, very very poor service, half cooked food. They charged 194 Rupees for one cup tea. And did not bothered to inform while placing order about the payment of tea. We were guests in a marriage function in the hotel and it was already breakfast time. We just ordered tea at room as we were not able to go to the restaurant at that time. On top of that this tea costing 194 rupees was bad in taste.
We stayed for a get together, thus it suited us well. The bouquet hall is beautiful n adequate. Service is a tad bit slow, food is amazing . Location is too far from the beach
One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Service too worst they don't know how behave and talk guests. Especially restaurant and dine in people don't know minimum common sense. pathetic service i faced. When we ordered food in restaurant they literally shouted on us.! Being a customer we feel embarrassed.! It's not worth. I won't suggest.
Food, ambience, hospitality all 5 stars. Staff is always present with a smile. Excellent service by Mr. Visham and Ms. Daphi. Highly recommend the property.
Spacious rooms. and so is lobby. Bathroom can be more clean. People are good to stay with. Swimming pool at ground level. Sufficient parking space. Love the food and breakfast spread.
Perfect place to rewind from the hectic schedule. Such a leisure experience, food was mouth watering and they too customised accordingly. Best time spent with family after long time. Surely we will give visit again. Kudos to all the restaurant team !
Fantastic hotel. Great rooms, nice pool and excellent support staff. The breakfast in particular was incredible.
