I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and it was largely thanks to the amazing staff. From the moment I arrived, they were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The housekeeping team kept my room spotless, and the restaurant staff provided top-notch service. Every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine willingness to assist. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by this hotel's staff. It truly made my visit unforgettable.
Had wonderful experience... feels like home... staff was welcoming... room and bathroom were very clean.. they have 24*7 housekeeping service.. unforgettable experience..highly preferable for everyone person who wants to stay here..
Food is good. Ambience is average. Reception guys are not very punctual in booking (I made an advance Booking with all details but they didn't get that at the time of check in). Towels were smelling bed and having some stains on that.
The rooms are clean but the staff needs to get more organized and attentive. There were mismatch in the food order against the menu. Found insects in the food seasoning. Took more than an hour to deliver the food in the room. The stay was ok.
The hotel staff is courteous, supportive and prompt in their service, response time and feedback. Cuisine is delicious, in good portions and served in warm ambience. full marks on cleanliness. They also support for arranging site seeing tours to statue of Unity and others. enjoyed stay.

We have booked the hotel but we reached the hotel at 6 pm for check inn.Then we headed to the room we were allotted and firstly we went for freshen up and we saw the whole mess up in the wash room... water leakage and chock up. we continuously called to the room service to fix the situation but no one turned up and finally we have to go downstairs to the reception for helpThen we ordered coffee and when we pour the coffee from the jug to cup the coffee spell over all the table because they bring the coffee in broken jug and i again called to the room service for clean up and again this time no one picked up the ph for nearly half n hour then i found a clean up guy near lift and i requested him to clean up the room and finally it happened.Then we went for dinner in the dinner we were served an average food. But other then that it was ok. But every now and then we have to ask for spoon or fork MAY BE THE HOTEL HAVE A LIMITED STOCK OF utensils. Which is again not good for hygiene of the customers... also plated were in scarcity...Again we are here in the morning and we went for break fast and thank god the breakfast was good.But again the spoon and fork are in scarcity... and this time the plates were also in scarcity. As the waiter again and again coming to the table and ask for are u done sir... and i have to tell him bhai break fast 10:30 ko khatam hoga hamara.Then we again headed to the room and again we got a call from reception for check out at around 12:20 pmBut we asked for only 20 more minutes and the reception girl said sir u have to vecate the room by 12:30. Then we immediately checked out the room. But we faced the horrible experience at the fern vadodara... Never go to this hotel even if they give it for free...
Preety decent place to stay, breakfast is ok with a decent spread, please book online before reaching the hotel as the rates are far less then what they demand over the counter. We checked in early Sunday morning at 3am, the online rate was 2300/- where they charged me 4000/- for just a few hours stay. Checked in a 3am and checked out at 12 noon.
