The location is very good and very near to the expressway. Service is good. Washroom can be better if they focus on small things. The water taps in the washroom are not in good condition. Open roof hall is the best place in hotel for party and other events. Parking space is quite enough. Food quality is best and tasty. The entry lobby is precious and luxurious.

Loved the place and went for team outing . Food was beyond my expectations and everyone liked it. It had lot of varieties and everything from breakfast to high tea was perfect. It has a great ambiance and very responsive staff. They were kind enough to accommodate all our last minute requests. Couple of suggestions like need to have more sports accessories because it's shared with common guests as well and sometimes not available to big groups like us. They can have professional photographer who can take team's picture at low cost or free . This can help in marketing as well. Pool was good but maybe could have been bigger.

Read before you book! Would not recommend this hotel! I had selected this hotel for a peaceful stay for my vacation but it turned out to be very noisy due to events in hotel both days, also I had opted for valley side view and paid higher, but there is a whole junkyard view which hotel didn't mention in description. Very disappointed! Food was good though, and so are the charges! PP Rs500 breakfast, Rs1000 for lunch dinner

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, including a one-year-old baby, and overall, it was a good experience. However, there were a few pros and cons to consider. The hotel's Google Maps location was a bit confusing, making it a bit challenging to find initially. Once we arrived, we found the rooms and bathrooms to be comfortable and clean. However, the balcony was quite small, making it difficult to sit comfortably. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, but as we stayed for two days, we noticed that the second day's breakfast was a repetition of the first, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant's food was on the expensive side, and we tried the dinner buffet, which we felt wasn't worth the price. On a positive note, we made use of the swimming pool and other amenities, and they were enjoyable. In summary, our stay at this hotel was pleasant, with clean rooms and a good breakfast. However, there were some drawbacks, such as the confusing location, small balcony, and expensive restaurant food. Nonetheless, the hotel's amenities, like the swimming pool, were a highlight of our stay.

It's very close to the main road, the hospitality is great here. The view is fine for the front, the back view is highway view, though the drain nearby will spoil it a bit. Rooms are spacious and the staff is helping. The restaurant and food is also good.

The food was okay. Very few non veg options in the buffet. Close to nothing. Rooms were fine. Not as good as fern Mumbai. No smart TV only the set top box which doesn't have all channels subscribed. I think I had to see TV by force (because of no options) after a decade. Location is hard to find due to map direction issues. Nothing to do close to this location. Planned to go have a fun trip but that didn't happen. Overall it was a boring trip and a boring place to be at. If you have a car your experience might be different.

Its a good overnight stay hotel with average room experience and food. Pros: room was spacious. Hospitality was good & Service of staff was prompt. Cons: unclean spots in the room , lack of good view. (We had wintergreen room which was highway facing) The indoor play area was underground and not ventilated & needs attended towards it.

We found 3 cockroachs in the room. Dustbins done work. They join 2 single beds so the kid sleeping in the centre falls thru. Realising this they gave us upgrade. The upgraded room was good but they refused to allow even a 30 min late check-out. Front office staff was not polite at all. We gad to deal with the attitude because we took the upgraded room. Restaurant was really good. They went above and beyond to do everything to make the food we wanted. They understood the difficulties of having a child and offered us food without spice and milk etc. it was really a delight. Special mention of the restaurant managers who were fantastic...5 stars to them. Housekeeping was the worst. I requested one Rupali to clean up the room when we went for breakfast at 9.30am... told her we wud be back after a while... We came back to the room at 1pm, nothing was done. No water placed in the room, towels not placed, bed not made...nothing. zero stars for housekeeping. Only thing 5 star about this place are it's prices.
