The Fern An Ecotel Hotel, Jaipur - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Its very much nearby from Jaipur Airport which is its advantage. We had booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child during 15th Nov to 20th Nov 2023. Though we were 3 adults the room was quite specious, neat, clean, tidy including the bathroom. We did not have to ask for anything, everything was right at place. About the Breakfast buffet, a good verity of food. We had to wait for Omlette or Dosa (as they were making that on demand) when it was too crowded. Rest all is OK. They also have a A la-carte restaurant on their roof top, the ambience is extremely good, the view from that place is amazing, the taste was also good. However service was not so good also over priced for sure. Overall good experience, good stay, good food. You can definitely go for it.

Rooms are comfortable but cleanliness is lacking for a five star they really need to pull up Bathrooms have a stink and leakage Food is good both breakfast buffet and in room dining The thing that really disappointed us was the swimming pool usage timing. It was only untill 6 pm in the evening which is just not acceptable for summers. This is because they have a rooftop restaurant for outside people. Highly disappointed stay for a five star claim hotel. Not visiting again.

The services and foods are great. We ask the chef what we preferred to eat, and they really made great foods for us (we are 27 persons group. The ice cream is great The fish and vegetables were so delicious. Breakfast is excellent. You can ask omelette if you like it. The massage salon is well facilitated with dicounts before 5pm. Some of the rooms need reconatructions , I personally opinion because some facilities were old It is a great staying experience in Jaipur. We all hope to stay in the future.

The Fern is an excellent hotel in an ideal location in Jaipur. I stayed here while visiting the city, and I loved every moment of my time here. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome at the hotel, and the ample amenities the hotel offers enables one to easily rest and unwind after a long day of touring the local attractions. I will definitely be staying here next time.

We stayed here for two nights and overall had a decent stay however there were some issues that could not be resolved. The room was ok but there were stains on the bedsheets and we had to have a pillowcase replaced as it was not clean. The major issue we had was the ac. It was not working for our entire stay. It was set to 20.5 but would constantly drop to 15 degrees or lower. The room was like an icebox. We had at least 2 different staff members attempt to fix it to no avail. Their suggestion was to just turn it off. However, the room would become stiflingly hot. This was not ok. We should have been offered another room with working ac. The breakfast area was nice with quite a few good selections. We had to leave early on our second day and the staff kindly were able to put together some breakfast boxes for us. This is a decent hotel for the price but far from perfect.

It's always a great experience with fern and I think this is my 4 or 6th time in the fern. And the service is always as same. but just one feedback this time some things were missing which hope will improve in future. it's quite secure for families and rooms were spacious with reasonable prices.

This hotel is nothing more than a 1/2 star. When we reached at 10 pm the lights were off. The receptionist did not know how to give 2 separate key cards for a double room. And to top it all they mention the cost of a beer @ 175/ ultra bottle but charhe Rs 500/ ultra pint in the bar. It's day light robbery cause they don't inform the guest that they charge 3 times the price in the bar. Biggest Con job. There are many many better hotels in Jaipur. Please don't stay here.

I incorrectly booked the wrong date (by 1 day). Contacted the travel agent as soon as the payment went through. Neither hotel, nor the travel agent would modify the reservation. Asked the hotel if I could pay the difference to book the correct date, they refused and asked me to make a new reservation. Basically I paid for something I never used. I didn't care about money, but it showed their service.
