Stayed here for 2 days.....Felt like leaving the place within half a day...but since we had made the entire payment couldn't shift. The only positive ABT the property is the location and the people managing the property. The managers, the caretakers and the chef are trying their best to make a bad staay confortable. We stayed in the suite room which has a pathetic bathroom. The flush not working, the water leaking from the flush and the commode. The drainage system in the bathroom was bad...the staff tried their best to help me on multiple concerns but it isn't their fault...it's the fault of the property owners who are taking the customers for granted and providing them such badly maintained rooms. Some rooms are newly renovated but some are in pathetic condition. We had to stay for 6 days but we checked out after 2 days and went to some other hotel. Also the property has to clearly mention the breakfast policy as they have set menu breakfast with only option of Paratha , omlette or poha...even the egg burji is not included..it's a request to the owners renovate the property and then let it out to the visitors.. especially the suite room in which we stayed..dont spoil the memories of the visitors.

Never did I mention that i left the hotel before the stipulated time..i mentioned 2 days as we checked in the hotel only after the first night. Also I m not talking ABT buffet breakfast that query was already cleared when I reached the venue. Even if it is set menu it should be a bit flexible only having 3 options for breakfast is not sufficient. And as u mentioned ur hotel always runs full u shud have more resources at source to help the guest. These is just a feedback for your hotel to improve. Defending the argument makes no sense. There are shortcomings which spoils the stay experience. Picking up one or two points from the review and defending that wouldn't help u grow..
I think I have written decent English for people to understand the concern. As far as u guys are concerned I don't feel u want to understand. Don't ask for review if u cannot understand the shortcomings. Happy hosting .

Its really a heritage property with a beautiful lake side view. The price which the property offers is really worth it. My experince was really nice. Special thanks to Mahendrasingh and Ramlal for their good services. Thanks. I highly recommend this place.
Stay at The Fateh hotel is always been a nice experience. This time too it was excellent in all terms. Rooms are big, clean and nicely ventilated. We booked 2 suites and they were awesome. The most amazing thing at the Fateh is the hospitality and full credit goes to the staff. Mahesh bhai, Suresh bhai, Vinod & other team members are always on their toes to help you and make your vacation more comfortable. They always serve you with a smile on their face. Location of the hotel is amazing and you can roam around Fateh Sagar pal till late night which is situated Just below the hotel. Quite area compared to old udaipur city with lots of space for parking. Family, friends, couple or solo... This hotel is for everyone. You will be able to relax and rejuvenate here for sure. Will surely visit again.
You have no stuff no management for basis needs like washroom cleaning we have to told again and again and the basic things like laundry and other you are herrasing customer. You are changing extra during checkout time without reason and you treating customer like he is dum
