I went into the salon without any expectations. I just wanted to get my eyebrows done and a nice facial, as I was attending a marriage. They recommended skin brightening facial for me, looking at my skin texture and tone. It started like any other facial but the way the staff (Samitha: I would highly recommend her) treated me and the way she did my facial with a good massage, concentrating on pressure points was something unique. I felt very relaxed and pampered. Eventually, i also got my pedicure and manicure done as I really enjoyed their service. Overall, a very Paisa vasool place. Highly recommend.

I went here haircut.. I saw in the menu near the mirror haircut + shave + bleach = 359rs .. I asked to do that 3 in combo.. after finished this all 3.. he said about bill 540rs .. I showed that menu 359 and asked why you asking more.. he said I used different chemical.. so price is 540rs.. Here money is not a problem.. you should inform the price and chemical whatever it is.. before start the procedure.. not in final bill.. this is purely cheating the people with displaying fake menu.. Don't display fake menu card or if any thing like chemical, powder, cream changes .. you should inform when we showing particular cambo.. worst experience.. you will lose a regular customer for 181rs extra..

Wife and myself visited for the makeover a day before the Christmas. The have separated into two saloon for men and women. The ambience is good, clean and hygienic. They are running 20% off for men and 50% off for women on all services. Apart from that they have combos as well. They are doing a good job compared other big brands. For the first time the hair was set right fit me. Total bill - 1500 for two of us. We did take almost 8 services.

Absolutely awesome. I have gone to many parlours but never this satisfied. Truly professional. Went for a haircut for my daughter and was in a hurry to leave home. Gave them just half an hours time and must say they finished it no time. It came out stunningly awesome. My daughter is too happy with her hair cut. Happy baby happy mom. Now my beauty stop will be Facies always. Completely happy and will give not just 5 but 10 stars. Thank u for being so perfect.

It's has been a relaxing experience for me every time I go to Facies. They respect the customer and of all they do a very good job with their service. Be it eyebrows, waxing, facials they make the customer fell comfortable and give the best service. They have a nominal pricing for everything too.

I'm happy to be part of Facies Salon.. me and hubby monthly visit regularly taking spa service's and haircuts, especially massage chair by Arun according to our body massage pressure sets.. Spl, thanks to the whole team ... they work as a team, and they succeed in our area Iyyapanthangal, having more satisfaction with customers with smiles. Must try place to explore gud service.

My opinion changed from Very Good to WORST!! Visited today (20/11/2020) morning and my experience was a nightmare. Staff behavior was very, very rude. His attitude was very arrogant. I would have almost fallen from the chair. Did not even show me the back mirror to check if he has cut properly at the back. Hair was all over my face and after I shouted he started clearing them with brush. I asked him openly if he was new to the shop and if at all he was interested in working or not. Owners must take a note of it. Please read my other review posted on May 2020. Something is wrong now, as a businessman I am telling you.. rectify it ASAP .. it's good for your business. =========================================================== Visited twice since May 2020. Totally satisfied with their service. Staff behavior is good. Safety precautions are excellent - all staff are wearing face shield, there is one UV type machine in which scissors are sanitized.

I was hesitant to go to salon because of ongoing COVID spread.... I just went just to decide. But by the safety measures being taken here, I can say that it is really safe.... Temperature checks, one time use disposable sheets, UV sterilized scissors and combs.... Above all very good staffs with their safety gears..... More importantly, no compromise in styling... Keep Going.... !! Will visit here continuously....
