One of the best gyms in town. It's sanitary inside and has all the necessary equipments for a proper workout. All in all, 8/10.

I don't know if we are supposed to ask about the use of equipments from the trainer.But clearly when you're a first time gym user.There's so much of confusion and upon entering the gym i felt alienated.I had to ask everything and being the only girl also made me feel coy.I just don't know if this is how a gym environment is supposed to be.I just felt unwelcomed.No blame game,the gym is good but i just hope the trainer will make the environment a bit welcoming for the new time users .

Best gym in lamka, well manage and clean..all equipment are good..go and check it out, you will not regret it
