My mother had undergone cataract surgery here. Great doctors, Smooth experience and good care. Every support staff including people at canteen was caring and supportive. Post surgery, we got few hours of comfortable stay before doctor review in the evening. My two cents of improvements: 1. When consulting about packages and lens options, great if you give a copy of paper with options, explain and give us few minutes outside to discuss and come back. 2. I understand this is routine and not a major surgery from hospital point of view. Still a quick 2 minute counseling before the surgery may help patient.
Excellent service calm and patient service by docters
Good care by the staff and the management. Everyone here are very kind to the attendees. Consultation and reviews were too quick. Good Planning and time keeping in treatment. The eye foundation tirupur branch is very good approaches for all the staffs and doctors... Here all the eye treatment was processed very good and neat... My brother had lasik surgery here he was very struggle to see... And he didn't like to u wear glass... So we plan to choose lasik surgery here... He fell very much better after not use the glass... We are all very proud to say very good treatment.... And the staffs are always taking much care to the all patients... All the time they are asking if any problem tell me... Very much good care...
