Worst hotel we have stayed..They don't have food facility..no basic amenities are available..rooms were smelling bad..air conditioner were not working..bathrooms are not cleaned properly..we booked 2 roons..asked them to change room since ac was not working at all there..they didn't sighting no room is available..but no booking was there at all..

Good place to stay in budget. Location wise, the hotel is almost in the centre of the city and is well connected. Food, you will have to get it from outside. They only have breakfast to serve. If you are in town on a business trip, you can consider staying in the hotel.

The hotel is around 4- 5 kms away from Guwahati Station along the main road.The Security person is very co- operative and willing to serve 24/7. Needs to be more clean . Bedsheets are changed but are not upto the mark with stains on it. Only breakfast available. Otherwise no gud hotel around for dining.

Decent hotel at budget range.Ideal for long stays. Pros- 1.Location wise it's in the heart of the city. 2.Friendly and professional stuffs. 3.Room service is just a call away. 4.Rooms get cleaned daily. 5.They provide new bedsheet,Towel and Toiletries daily. 6.They serve homely food. 7.No unnecessary disturbance 8.Value for money 9.CCTV Cameras Cons- I stayed here 23rd July to 8th July but didn't find any reason to mention as cons. Although I must say they can improve on following things/You should know before booking- 1.You may not get WIFI at your room although it's available at reception 2.AC takes few minutes to cool down the temp. 3.Main gate got closed by 11PM,after they may not allow. Overall I must say at the price range of below 1500,you can't get better deal at the heart of the Gauhati.

This whole experience was the worst hotel experience I've ever had to suffer through. The receptionists and hotel staff are dead-set in their ways and they won't compromise with you for anything at all. First, they were running around like headless chickens trying to figure out our bookings while we were on the road with all our considerable luggage. The problem here was that they had not been prompt or punctual in getting our pre-booked room evacuated from the previous group. Then they wouldn't give us the kind of room we had booked, but instead tried to make us give up on everything while being not even the least bit accomodating themselves. We would order tea and it wouldn't arrive until an hour later at best. It was an all around disastrous experience.

I have stayed in the rooms which are in ground floor and in 2nd floor. The ground floor area is under one company and the room are okay. The 2nd floor rooms are better than ground floor but the bathroom water is not good either in taste or in speed. They have very limited food options and kitchen is also not hygienic. I prefer to eat from outside. The staff is okay
