The Eternity Resorts - Resort hotel in Hariharpur - Ramgarh, India

Staff stolen my wallet i had my all documents like Driving license pan card and my company's identity card (i live in abroad there was also national identity card available where i work),when i return to country where i work i m facing so many problem cause not having identity card for this country. i urge them to keep money with you but please return my documents but they refuse to return i asked to resort owner force your staff to return they said me i can't force them because even tha resort owner not said any single word to their staff.That worst day for me in my life after visiting resort

Very nice location at the lap of the nature in the hills and at the foothills River view is there Every room view is different and the whole property is full of greenery, trees grass and during monsoon it was treat to watch, Restaurant is there with good preparation of food and service at affordable price, above it you can enjoy your own drink as there is no Bar facility as on date, Guest washroom is very dirty and I was told Restaurant will also be relocated, Walk area is very nice for all the ages, Swimming pool is very small and not so maintained in Monsoon, Price of the room is on higher side considering the facilities and services, But location is very nice and in Jharkhand we need this type of property, I know they will improve themselves in future and will surely bring state of the art facility, Overall I am satisfied and give them 4 Star and wish them best

Worst resort ever . Staff were cheap and thief. The owner don't have command on their staff. They easily stolen the thing, and when I asked to the manager that kindly revert my purse , they only learned one word sir we don't take your purse, sir we have returned jewellery and so and so. Our staff is good they can't do such things. And literally neither manager nor boss asked strictly to them. First when you arrive there they will ask for the key of car to park. Plz don't give to them. Park yourself. Room was not good. Completely ruin my day

Great place but loud music is a big drawback. I wish there was a limitation to music volume and wish they would stop by evening. The best time to visit them is during the weekdays when they don't have three regular parties. It is much better and fun. Go for the rooms. They are beautifully done.

Recently I booked rooms at Eternity resort. A very beautiful resort at the lap of the nature. However I have mix experiences while stayed at this resort. PROS --------- 1. Resort is very beautiful. beautiful lawn covered with grass, lots of trees. It basically part of a mountain. 2. Rooms service is excellent. They provides a specific service boy and will share his number. And they are very responsive. 3. Food is excellent. 4. Position of swimming pool is nice. You can enjoy the nature from the pool. CONS --------- 1. On 13th Aug,23, it was Sunday. After 8.30 pm we experienced very loud and bojpuri songs from pool side. While went there, security told me pool is booked for private party and we cant go over there. While I have booked the rooms, I can go anywhere within property premises unless if it is restricted area for guests. Then I went to pool area and found group of people was dancing with very loud music. They hired 3 women (while I said "hired", you can understand what I want to mean) and was dancing with them in very uncomfortable condition. It was not at all comfortable environment for other guest specially for family and elderly persons. I immediately called resort manager Mr Jana, and asked him to reduce the sound volume . But did not see any effect. Around 11 pm, again I had to come to pool side after hearing slang languages and found those people were having fight with themselves. All were heavily drunk and they continuously using slang languages. Then I with other guest protested against this unpleasant environment. I am not against private party, but it should not cause any issue to other guest staying in that property. And it was not only private party, it was rave party. In a common area it must not be allowed. Such kind of activity simply spoil the beauty of such nicely maintained property. 2. I booked 3 Garden view cottages. tariff was 5k for each room. Room was very simple, there was no geyser in the bath room, no fan inside the room (ac was there)which is very basic items for such kind of room. 3. Water of the pool was very dirty, and i did not enjoy despite of such nicely placed pool. 4. They also allow outside guest to access the pool just for Rs 500, which as per my view is not good at all.

Awesome place to spend some quality time with your family and mother nature. Rooms and service was very good.

Nice place for family holiday. Staffs good and polite, very very helpfull. Big size swimming pool with special partition for children. Ambiance is too good. Location is good. Nearby place to visit is Palani falls.

Try alexa resort or something. There's lots. This one sucks.. no one cares about the customers. They give the worst service. Not worth the price at all. Nothing is maintained. You're better off staying in your car. Nicer ambience.
