The Eternal Wave, Calangute, Goa - Extended stay hotel in Calangute - North Goa, India

Absolutely avoid this property. From the moment we checked in, it was one issue after another: dirty, unclean rooms, no electricity for over 7+ hours, rude and argumentative staff who refused to take any responsibility. We booked 4 rooms, but they only had 2 ready, both without electricity, and they kept us waiting for hours without any resolution. Do not trust any promises made by this hotel. We were upgraded to a villa but upon arrival it was dirty with open alcohol bottles around. Multiple rooms were unclean and unprepared. Electricity went out for hours with no communication on resolving issues. Avoid this place if you value your time, money or comfort. The manager just wanted our payment but provided no guarantee that basic amenities would be restored. They wasted our entire day and trip. I would not recommend subjecting yourself or your family to such an unprofessional, unorganized operation. Clearly, customer service and guest satisfaction are not priorities here.

Pros: 1) Favorable location of the property. 2) Inclusion of a private pool added a touch of luxury. 3) Polite and attentive restaurant staff. Cons: 1) Room exhibited signs of wear and tear. 2) Presence of cockroaches in the kitchen area. 3) Encounters with larger creatures (mice and frogs) near the pool area. 4) Communal pool water lacked clarity and cleanliness. 5) Concerns about water hygiene and safety. 6) Rude demeanor of the hotel manager at the reception. 7) Not recommended for stays of more than three days due to maintenance issues and hospitality concerns.

If you are going to Goa for the first time and you didn't get zostel, this is your best shot. We were 3 friends and we rented a 1 BHK apartment for 3000rs per night. The place was spacious and there is 1 big pool from morning 9 - 6pm.

Pure Veg hotel in Goa.. food is okay in the restaurant.. rooms are cozy n comfortable. The property is huge. The entry to the rooms is from behind which should definitely change.. room cleaning 3-6pm only..

I'm staying in this room for 2 days but the place is good but washroom is not wel and service also not good they charge you 12k rs for one day and service is given you 12rs food not good 12k your room and food is pay seperate Is to much Worst food and you have to order in watsapp but no range is hotel room worst experience

Spend 2 nights. Rooms were fine. Restaurant and their service is worst. Waiters in restaurants doesn't understand what we order. Arrival time hotel workers have come and picked our luggage's but during check out nobody was there to help us.

I was stay in resort 4 night 5 days for 13 people four couples.I am not recommended this resort because service was poor,staff are not co-operative, towel not provide in swimming pool, and many families not happy with this resort.Rooms are very good.

We are regular visitors to this place and have always liked staying here.. This is the 5th time we ve visited and it's disheartening to see the detoriating condition of the property. It's due for major maintenance. There is leaky roof on the balcony, the rooms need to be cleaned more, pests like cockroaches all around (even on the bed), bathroom needs to be cleaned more and more importantly the beautiful swimming pool has broken tiles and we all got hurt while playing in the swimming pool. Service is good, however, it would do good to upkeep and maintain the property. We have fond memories here. Management, kindly take notice.
