I've been suffering from Vitiligo for several years. I had given up hope of ever being cured. I learned about The Esthetic Clinics in my city through YouTube advertisements. Without further ado, I went to the clinic and saw Dr Rinky Kapoor. The treatment went well, and I am very pleased with the results.

5 stars for the doctor and treatment, cutting couple of stars for: 1. Clinic needs to be managed better, laptops all over the place, no place for customers to sit, too much of staff but less carefull on basic stuff 2. Appointment timings need to be better managed, often leads to waiting for 30mins+ 3. Takes ages to get you an invoice or receipt, took 3 weeks and multiple follow-up; fairly basic

I did not want to give any star. Reason- booked an appointment for laser tattoo removal, during consultation( quite expensive) it was all pleasant, told I would be needing minimum 4 session, all agreed. But when the day of the actual first session, it was all very poorly managed, my appointment was booked at the same time with two other patient not sure how they were planning to accommodate all of us considering they have just one tiny opd. Since it's a very small space(kandivali west) and pandemic time, they still have more than 15 patients some waiting inside and some outside. Everyone is frustrated because no one knows how long its going to take. Made me wait for almost 2.5 hour over the above my appointment time. I gave them a feedback and was assured this wont happen again. For my second session, I was asked to come for a 10am appointment as the laser removal person would come by 9:30am, I tried to take a later appointment as it was too early for me, they refused stating nothing is available but to be punctual at 10am. As discussed went for my session, waited more than 30 min at the clinic, they have more than 6 to 7 staff, but no one knows what is going on. After almost 30 min past my appointment, one of their staff calls me on my phone to check why am I late and how long will I take to reach, I was shocked as I'm seating right in front of her and gave my details upon arrival and still they dont know what's happening. When I expressed my disappointment they sad it will take another 30 min, as the laser person not arrived then why was I asked to be punctual at 10am. Why is it my time is not valued when the Doc charges 2k for a 10 min consultation. Everyone's time is important. This isnt a charity, you guys are charging pretty good amount for the service so why such poor treatment and mismanagement. I left without my session and vowed to never return. Terrible experience and disappointment.

After I turned 14, my face got a lot of acne and pimples and this has been since even when I am 30 years old. This hampered my confidence and I used a lot of makeup to cover it and I hate doing that. So I went to the esthetic clinics for just a consultation but it was the best decision ever because their prescription gave crystal clear skin and I no longer use makeup at all!....

Hey everyone, I visited this Dr. Rinky Kapoor clinic, which is in kandivali East thakur complex branch. When I met her(Dr rinky Kapoor), she explained me about the treatment which I upfrontly asked her about CO2 laser treatment, she informed me the charges overall treatment will cost me around 35000 for 3 session + 35000 ( starting) for subcision filler (she suggested) mandatory to do with CO2 laser . And when I asked her how much session I will need it so directly she said that it will take whole year to get better. Now I am consulting another dermatologist for the same treatment at lower price as compared what Dr rinky informed me. I am done with first session and I saw the little bit result also. My problem is first why such high amount and why are you not giving clear time of healing which you'll treatment you will do on my skin.she just talk about money and not provide final conclusion of the solution. This show that you're not sure with your treatment. Now let's come to the stuff firstly I paid 2000 rs for consultant. When my consultant is done with dr . stuff was taking things very lightly she just gave my prescription paper in my hand. I saw they have file which is kept on the reception table but still they gave prescription paper in hand bcoz they wear too busy with their gossiping with other people that they don't even care about their patients who is standing in front of them. Idk how irresponsible this clinic people are that's the reason I am written such long paragraphs about Doctors and clinic stuff both. Others people should know,about this problem.

My experience with the esthetic clinic was awful. I went twice for the scar revision surgery and dr. debraj shome or should I just say debraj shome could not even get it right. Instead, he made it worse than the first. He messed the whole scar up and then abscond from his error. I remember he would even suggest to get subsicion, fillers, etc., (though not required) just to sell off the products from his clinic. Now, he's scared to have any appointment with me. His alike assistant - Monica (doubt if she's even a doctor) could not even remove the sutures properly that it got stuck inside and I had to undergo another surgery in another clinic. It was a total waste of time and money and I would not recommend anyone to go to such a clinic coz it's really horrible!
