The Empire Resort - Resort hotel in Gwalior, Nagor - Gwalior, India

The service of Empire resort is very poor. A few days ago I wrote a review regarding the awful food of Empire resort. The owner of Empire resort replied to my review and asked for some bill details. I send all the details, but no action had been taken yet. I recommend not to waste your time and money in this resort as the quality of food and service is worst. The service is so poor, that the manager haven't provided the bill also, because they gave an excuse that there system is not working. It is really weird.

Very poor service, the food is not tasty and the quality of the food is also very poor. When I ordered paneer tika masala they gave us kadai paneer. I will recommend not to waste money in Empire Resort as it is not worthy at all.

Very beautiful place with seperate halls for parties, swimming pool but closed room not open pool, disco bar diamond hall better service and rooms are luxurious. Food is best in taste and better for large parties like conference, marriage but it is expensive As u celebrate bday party minimum billing charge is there, but it's a luxurious place

Food quality is amazing. Service is also good. Staff behaviour is awesome. Specially Sonu Kushwah serve us the dinner and he is amazing at his duties.

Food was excellent, hospitality was amazing, overall very good experience. Yash was very hospitable and served us with excellence.

It is a very beautiful and nice resort but their services are very late which will waste your time.

Staters are good but the main course was not as expected it was okish and waiter did not have any coordination looks like they were not trained rooms and location were amazing
