Ambience is nice.. pizza tastes good.. the open area is best for capturing images. The hookah can freeze your brain, food is nice even the non-veg. The rates are reasonable cost 6 people 3000.
This is absolute pathetic place to go to. The place is shady as soon as you enter. The waiters are indecent and ill-mannered. Feels like they're all roadside romeos. In general, it is very uncomfortable place for girls. They adulterate the drinks with some drug and the person doesn't remember anything for straight 24 hr. Never ever visit this place with a group which includes girls.
It is good place for hangout with friends. Food is good with decent range of menu items The platters are really good in quality as well as quantity. Hukkah served is also great.
They have indoor and outdoor seating. Both are simple and beautiful.

Newly renovated.. love the new look with enhanced interior designs they have cabin system too with music and staff is cooperative. In the balcony area there's a hanging swing to take pictures with. At the end you will love the vibe

It's a decent place to hang out with friends and not family. The place has a wide variety of food but the main attraction is hookah. Giving 3 stars for two main reasons:
One, it was a little difficult to find the place as there was no banner or board outside the cafe.
Second, the crowd in the cafe just spoiled the whole experience. The crowd was the real vibe killer

The nearest landmark is Opp to Governor House & nearest Metro station is Sachivalay..The Emperor view cafe is basically a lounge which is located in Raj bhavan colony, 4th floor, Hazratganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh..don't get confuse by location and landmark as Sachivalay is much near if your coming by Metro train..let's talk about the interior of this place is good with open balcony to enjoy your evening with friends and loved one..staff is quite polite and humble but there was a person incharge or supervisor may be is not good polite very rude in behaviour..mannerless guy don't know how to speak with females..otherwise food and overall experience was nice..
