except for the building exterior and reception front desk area rest of the entire property is shady badly maintained rather say not being maintained at all. AC in my room was dripping. hot water is only available for a couple of hours maximum 2 hours both during morning as well as late evening. Front desk staff are mediocre and semi professional only. I had checked in only at 4:30pm yesterday evening even though check in time is 12 noon so when I requested for 2 hours of grace time from their standard check out time of 11am I was refused even a minute extra. Room service is pathetic. Housekeeping is really horrendous. so if you have a better option do kindly avoid this property.

worst experience with this hotel, it looks good from outside and reception however rooms are shady and not at all worth the price. their premium rooms are worse then an average hotel, smaller size and dirty bathrooms. First they sent me to a normal room even after booking a premium room, which was really small and congested. After I complained, they gave me a premium room which was still unsatisfactory.For dinner i called them at 8.30 and they did not bring the food till 10.30 even after 4 follow ups and finally I had to cancel and eat outside.

Hotel is clean. Rooms is quite small but well maintained. However, the surrounding is very bad in terms of smell, lots of noise at night with lot of work going on. Cannot blame hotel for it.
