The Elephant Court - Resort hotel in Kumily - Idukki, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Amazing Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Amazing property. The staff are always smiling and very warm and welcoming. The food is exceptionally good. Very clean and hygienic.Overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful place to stay with friends and family for.... Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel was spotless clean and comfortable. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was clean and hygiene , Amazing pool area....Very happy and would recommend this place to anyone.

Great resort with stellar ambience. Has amenities like the gym, pool, spa, play area etc. The cleanliness is top notch. The restaurant is good too. The hospitality by the staff is fantastic. One thing to consider is that the individual resorts are placed further away and are accessible by pathways and stairs amidst a beautiful nature themed look. I loved this and most people would but it can be a bit challenging for older folk or people who do not want to or can't walk . Had a wonderful time here !

Absolutely fantastic hospitality, they care for their guests. I had a sore throat during my visit, the staff helped me with salt for gargles in night, and ginger water and honey in the morning. 100/100 on service

Must say food is so tasty and as specially for veg. People.... getting so many options in food and quality is too good ....service is good , rooms are good..neat and clean not expect luxury kind of things in rooms but it's good enough...it's based on nature theme...they have also so many activities to do.. you can enjoy that also in Resort ..so stay is over all good for us....

Overall was a good experience. Staff was professional and courteous. Ayurvedic spa/massage was relaxing (a bit expensive though). There is a play area for children, which my kids enjoyed. There is a small gym and pool, as well. I wish the pool was in a more private location (it's in the middle of the courtyard where everyone walks through). They have tea, coffee, and snacks 4:30-5:30 pm. Staff engaged the guests with fun riddles. Restaurant food was tasty. Everything was kept clean. Would visit again.

Very pleasant experience with them. Stayed there for a couple of days and couldnt be more satisfied with the amenities, service and food quality. Highly recommended.
