The Elements Spa - Spa in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Prashanth, the manager booked my appointment and was very sweet.. The rooms itself, were disappointing, the bathroom while clean is not how you'd expect the bathroom to be at a spa. It's like a regular bathroom at a store, per se. The shower pods, glass are mouldy/ or looked uncleaned coz it's a hard spot to get to,but can be seen through the naked eye. Hence, I chose not shower. The rooms are not lit with ambient lighting hence takes away from the experiene. I did ask for my room to be switched because of it. There is not so much of a greeting or spa etiquette ( eg, choosing the aroma oil, Green tea at the end etc.) Everybody outside needs to be super quiet because one can hear the phones going off, or any other Noise, thankfully I was blessed with quiet time except for the phone going off the one time. I really wish they would burn incense, it's a big part of the spa and i felt like that took away from the overall experience... It's almost border line musty.... With oil kinda smell... the oil she was using on me smelt much like coconut oil, upon asking she said it was an aromatic oil... Inquired which one .. But she said she didn't know. I got a Balinese massage for 90 mins. My therapist was Daisy, and she was Brilliant. She really worked on those knots, kneading her way through and really used different techniques, strokes, stretches to tackle my challenging pain areas. Which she was great at identifying. She was relentless, her hands were smooth. She knew the good stuff and what she was doing. Thank you Daisy you were a blessing :) This place is to be gone to if you wanna put on those rose tinted glasses when it comes to ambience and feeling special. And just nose dive to what the therapist does. Especially if it were Daisy. The 4 rating is literally only for her :)

The overall experience at The Elements Spa was very poor. The rooms were very unkempt and had a musty smell to them. Throughout the massage we could hear a lot of noise from outside and inside - mobile phones ringing, the receptionist talking, footwear scraping against the floor. The masseuse herself was very gruff and disinterested, she didn't ask about my preferences and even when I told her I wanted focus on the next and shoulder area, didn't focus much on that area. Overall a very poor experience, won't be visiting again.

Me and my wife have been customers with elements spa since 3 years. We have had very good experience. They are very professional and extremely nice in their work.

Love it. Kim has magic in her hands. Aliya put all the best massage techniques together and made my mother Absolutely absolutely comfortable.Highly recommended.

Perfect experience. The therapist knew all the pressure points well which helped relieve muscle pain. Felt refreshed and rejuvenated after the massage.

Amazing experience...!! masseurs are well trained and courteous enough to pamper all your needs..!!

It was a nice experience. We went for couple massage there and felt relaxed post it. However we felt one of the masseuse was not giving pressure on all the required places and I was disappointed a bit because of that. Overall relaxing and nice experience.
