The best part of the stay was location. Rooms are clean and staff is happy to help with anything that you may need. All in all, happy with the stay. The breakfast could have been little better but I think it's to do with local taste vs our own preferences. The cafe and the club within the facility is worth a visit.

Amazing place to stay. I hope they would reduce their price slightly as paying 2.7k for single occupancy in single bed with breakfast was slightly on the higher side. But overall it was a nice place to stay with good location. Sadly they don't have parking though. No parking, can't do online booking as well and the tariff are slightly on the higher side hence gave 4

This hotel is located in the heart of Shillong city. It's a very busy area and crowded. If you don't like the city feeling and expect some exotic location, it's not the place however if you want to stay within city limits and want to access stores and markets in the walkable distance then it's the place. Rooms are really nice with ample space. Their restaurant is also decent and the quality of food is also good enough.

The hotel is located in jail road, police bazar. Very busy area. They have no parking available. Rooms were hygienic and I would say good. Only issue I faced was with the service staff. Rest all good

The rooms were quite clean and manageable. What I was not ok with were the staff. While some were very helpful, the front desk was not the same. We had been shut out of the hotel at 11 am when we were coming back after late dinner and we were not informed that the hotel would do so. We had to bang on doors and scream for help, two women alone on the street, when someone finally showed up from the front desk to open the hotel for us. Obviously we were upset but on questioning the person as to why we were not informed about this earlier, he was more willing to argue rather than at least give us an explanation. Apart from this bad experience, the stay at the hotel was fairly decent.

The deluxe rooms are outstanding, with geyser, electric kettle, toiletries, blankets, TV etc. View is pathetic. With garbage dump visible right below the hotel. Staff is like how it should be in any hotel. But lacks that extra bit of warmth what people like me seek. They have a no fuss no interfering policy which is good. But some guests want something extra to make their trip special and to have the urge to come back to the same hotel again. A smiling face, a hello, a call to ask how the service and room is, these never hurt. Warmth is important in hotel business. Free breakfast is provided by the hotel in its restaurant. But, warn you I must, the breakfast is pretty pathetic. Simple puri-sabzi, corn flakes, bread, juice, milk-tea. That's it. No non-veg options. Not even tasty veg options or simple eggs. Not even black-tea. What I calculated, that they charge 200 extra for adding 'free' breakfast to rooms while booking. I wonder whether the menu costs 200 at all. At that price, any hotel would offer at least sausages and bacons in their menu. The only reason why people can revisit this hotel is because of the location. Police Bazar crossing is 1 min away. The MTC centre and depot is 1 min. All the shops and restaurants are 1-2 min away.

This place is located in the heart of police bazaar, shillong. All stalls are at close proximity. Rooms are neat and tidy. Service here is good. Breakfastt buffet could use a little improvement interms of taste. Otherwise everything else here is great. I recommend.

Excellent hotel right at Police bazaar, Shillong. It's moderately priced rooms are spacious, very clean with big windows but only in specific categories of rooms. During the rains the surrounding scenery was mesmerizing. It's got lift. And many of the rooms open out into streets. The toilet is very very clean, with ultra modern decor and gyser. The restaurant is very good and can serve meals to your order too
