The Dunes Continental - Hotel in Kochi, Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

We had a very bad experience at Dunes continental. -> Location is not good, nearby train station is there and quite noisy area. If you are here to relaxing experience, this isn't place for you. -> We have a small kid with us and for him we wanted warm milk but they denied that they don't have it and unable to arrange. We brought milk ourselves but then also they denied to make the milk warm ourselves in their kitchen. After taking followup with our travel agency they finally helped. -> Rooms are not at all good. It's not renovated, water leakage was there and due to that it's even more cold, also not air freshener applied, old fashioned furniture. We force to change the room and then they have provided us cleaned room but that also having leakage issues. -> Breakfast quality not good. Due to restaurent is under renovation they don't have facility for dinner , lunch, we had to swiggy. Overall we had a very bad experience in terms of quality, relaxation, availablity...etc. Hope this review helps.

Nice and clean rooms. The only issue is it's situated in the city and crowded. Worth it if you want to stay for 1-2 days. The good thing is that the Metro station is very near.

Worst Service and Response. I am a Regular Guest for about an Year, Since I could not get the Menu I required at Hotel Restaurant I have ordered from Outside through Zomato which has been Delivered At Reception, When Requested to Give it in the Room the Response is Rude by the Receptionist and Asked to Collect it from Reception. If they Cont Serve such a Basic Things and Services to a Customer what kind of Service is This. This is going to be my Last stay at @ Dunes Just for The Lack of Service and Response of the Staff.

It was our stay at one night only but the hotel rooms were not good. Some fishy smell always around the room. The cleanliness was not tp the mark. Staff were always felonous.. Non responsible and food quality is too much poor. Lot of scope to improve and highly not recommended.

Good option for business trip peoples. Located in SRM road, Near north railway station. Walkable distance from Townhall (Lissy) metro station. I booked a room for one day stay. Reception is good & Rooms are not up to the level. Washroom is clean. Bed covers & Foot mat is not in a hygienic mode. Check in & Check out time - 12PM to 11AM. If any urgent or necessary then they will extend this timing up to 2PM. Affordable price (you can choose breakfast or if not required then they will reduce the booking amount.) Room service available for food & other requirement. Good location, good ambience, Good service hotel.

The Dunes Continental is located close to Lissie Metro and Ernakulam Railway station. The hotel has ample parking space and the front desk has two sections - visiting area with a wonderful ambience. The reception area has comfortable seating spaces with newspaper and magazine section. The front desk staff are very much courteous. I stayed at their property with 30 friends of mine. We had a wonderful stay here at TDC. The room service was prompt and dedicated. They helped us in shifting all our luggages quickly responded to all our needs at even odd times. The rooms are well-appointed, clean and decent.

Not giving RO or regular water, only chargeable bisleri bottles. Initially one bottle complementary ; not sufficient for multiple people.

One of waste experience in daining in my life , i have shared the pic where the the flys enjoy my food . Very very bad attitude when completed about the distrubance of fly around in the daining area. I won't recommend such restaurant for any one where we get such bad results in behaviour and food
