The Drowning Street - Bar in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

We a group of 5 people visited this place on Tuesday (23 May 2023) evening for dinner. Among 5 of us 2 were our guests from outside Lucknow. I thought of treating our guests with nice food and drink. But it was a nightmare, a horrible experience, maybe because we booked our seats through swiggy-dineout GIRF, which offers a 50% discount on the final bill. First disappointment was beer, they had only Bira Rise. We wanted cocktail American pie, waiter said they can't serve it, because bar tender will not able to prepare it. Among domestic whisky we asked for Black & White, they said not available, we settled for 100 pipers 12 yr. The assorted veg and non-veg platter were another disappointment, not worth the money, all items in 4 pieces, we were 5. Garden green pizza, Kadhai murg, tandoori roti were average, nothing appreciable. Music was loud and the volume kept on increasing. The waiter boy was shameless, it doesn't make any difference to him if the customer gets annoyed. In total we wasted money here. I don't recommend this place any time, especially during weekdays, all their employees would go on leave as they receive less guests. Don't book swiggy-dineout GFR and go to this place, they cheat you and force you to buy expensive items.

Chinese and Indian dishes are on the menu at this bar. Serving nicely cooked stuffed pizza, paneer and white sauce pasta is the unique characteristic of The Drowning Street. Tasty brownies, waffles and ice cream can make a profound impression on you. It's time to degustate good beer, liqueur or margaritas. You can listen to live music in the evening. The staff is said to be professional here. The enjoyable service shows a high level of quality at this place. Numerous clients claim that prices are affordable. At this spot, guests can enjoy the pleasant ambiance and beautiful decor.

One the finest in lucknow. USP is live band but negative is live DJ, Dj is good and mixing is also fine but sound was little loud. Food is too costly as well as drinks if you are comparing with others. Service is fast, staff is nice, sitting arrangement is comfortable and interior is also good. In my suggestion they should work on there pricing.

Amazing experience at The Drowning Street Loved the ambience. It was very soothing and relaxing, perfect for spending a great evening. I loved the Tandoori Murgh Pizza, very nicely done base of pizza with nice spicy chicken. In drinks I tried the Mango berry cooler which was really nice, perfect refreshing summer drink. Oreo shake was thick and chocolatey. I also tried Pink sauce pasta and chilli chicken. Service was nice, polite and professional. Overall it was a lovely visit. Would definitely recommend and visit again

Worst experience ever at The Drowning Street. No DJ available as you can see in photos. They will refuse your requested songs. They will play songs of their own choice. Totally outdated. My bar is best if want dance and enjoy drinks. Don't waste your money here.

Mostly everything about this place located in 2nd floor of summit building was perfect. Food, mocktails, cocktails n snacks all was well prepared. Service was also good. Above all the atmosphere is decent n peaceful, perfectly good for couples or even a quiet family get together. Lightening was dim, giving proper privacy to guests..so they may enjoy there time out without any disturbance.

Good Ambience. Great place to hangout with family and friends. Good food with awesome taste to pamper yourself with. Humble and helpful staff. Not too pricey. Bar only on weekends or special occasions. For offers going on you can ping me. Lovely place to try

Super cool ambience and the service is up to the mark. Coming to food everything was amazing, must try Drums of Heaven and lagagna totally loved it. The mocktails are just palatable nd amazing. Overall had amazing experience. I would totally recommend this place.
