The restaurant attached to Gold Cinema is not professional in approach. There's a rush for snacks during the interval period of a film and the service is slow. The place should learn from the eateries attached to other multiplexes and correct the approach accordingly.
No problem with theatre areas except for the cleanliness of the building.. The owner of this building and the workers, can do much better. Also need better customer service/communication.

It is a low grade cinema hall.its extremely dirty popcorn and other food particles are scattered everywhere..rat is moving around everywhere...yesterday we bought three tickets for diamond and rat bit my friend and blood came out & she had to take injection.so this is the last time we had gone there & I will suggest to all my friends not to go there as it is not safe...charging 200 per ticket and not even cleaned properly..in spite it is a wise decision to go to anjalee ...
