I workout in dream gym from one year and I got a best transformation, so I suggest everybody join this gym.Trainer are very supportive.

The gym is equipped with free weights and machine based equipment. It also accommodates treadmill and stationary bikes to help you warm up for the heavy weight training later. Space might be an issue, but you can find pretty much everything to continue your daily-workout routine especially for the beginners. Have a nice workout session.

Good coaching that includes diet and supplements under guidance and strict assistance to each member in the gym . Please join if you need serious results

Good place for new youngster,gym lovers

Best gym of paonta sahib According to girl safety . Trainers are humble and well experienced. They take pain for their people, who come in the gym. I lost 4 kgs in just 1st month
