We were going from Delhi to Ludhiana and it was night too so we were hungry so we all had dinner here, For dinner we ordered Cream Chicken and Kadai Chicken, Really both the chicken were very tasty And the butter roti was also very tasty, I Like THE DOWNTOWN.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a beautiful evening. But i got surprised myself. Amazing setup, wonderful ambience and outstanding service. Only downtown could provide what I wanted in whole god damn India. Thanks Manreet and Decor by Parry Benipal. This night was one to remember.
Location is good and the banquet hall we booked was also apt for the conference.
Poor service and poor staff behaviour. They Don't care about your priority and emergency. If have option never visit here. There is no option for minus rating otherwise I would have prefer for that.

Came here from Canada to stay for wedding events. The rooms are very dirty, the washroom ceilings have water leaks, the sink faucets are leaking, room service does very poor job of cleaning anything. The staff especially the front desk are brain dead. Very unsatisfying. Food was only thing that was half decent. Definitely will not be staying here and recommended you don't either. Thumbs down all the way!

The only good part about the guest house is that it's on the main GT road near the bus stop. Also it's pocket friendly but extremely basic facilities with a common geyser for hot water. Even tea comes from a nearby kiosk. Cleanliness needs to improve
