Great Value for Money Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, goes out of way to help, especially the guy at reception. Location is very prime and easily reached out by cabs. Rooms are clean and spacious,though linen can be little more clean. Restaurant prices are on higher side and there is also an attached bar and spa. Overall a great property. Would like to visit again.

If you want to sleep on blood stained bed sheets, which are also torn and hidden under blankets, good luck with staying at this hotel. We booked this hotel hoping to get a decent, clean bed to sleep a night but overall experience turned out to be a nightmare. All bed sheets, pillow covers, blanket covers etc had oil/ color/ blood stains and were yellow instead of white. When asked to change the sheets, the staff brought a decent white sheet after multiple tries. The feedback we got from the staff was - "sir our laundry company gives really bad service". Question to management- if you are aware of a bad laundry vendor, why cant you fix the problem. I hope you understand this destroys your brand value - whatever you have. Anyhow- after 3 tries, the staff could not find a clean blanket cover so we decided to sleep without a blanket and ended up shivering and cold through the night. Not worth your buck and emotional stress. Stay away from railway station as most hotels have high turnover and don't care as much about decent service.

Hotel is ok/good customer service The worst part is you have flies in rooms plus during night you can hear rats running across the ceiling of the room. While sitting in the restaurant too we have seen rats running at the corners of the wall. I feel if your with kids better to stay away because of rats, its a suggestion but call would be yours

Horrible treatment by the staff. Thoroughly unprofessional. When we sought redressal of our complaint, the management was very rude and sexist, refusing to listen to or talk to women in our group. I would please to everyone not to book and visit this hotel at night, as they will try their best to take advantage of your situation and charge exorbitant prices while treating you horribly.

This is really a very peaceful place. My family loved the place. They have a Decent restaurant, The rooms are a bit ok, . Food is very nice . Overall a good place for stay , staycation or even a weekend outing.

Im stay hear with my husband, very grateful stay nice ambiance property is also very nice, room are very comfortable I have very injoy to my staying. Reception staff very polit and train. Etch and everything is very good . I'm stay here 3 time I'm I really injoy my stay. Hotel management team all one is good. Nice management

THEY REALLY NEED TO BE TRAINED ON THE HOSPITALITY ESPECIALLY THE LADY IN FRONT DESK. We have been visiting this hotel from past 1 year but never had such bad front desk experience. There mgmt has changed and they are very rude and obnoxious. Earlier, there had been instances where they would allow early check-ins and late check-outs, and front desk staffs were so warm and accommodating but this time even though the room was empty they still made us wait for 2.30 hrs since we had early morning flight. We were there in the lobby from morning and we saw 2-3 rooms checked out in front of our eyes and still this lady in the front desk did not give us the room upon the availability. We kept on requesting her but she made unprofessional silly excuses and still made us sit and wait all tired. Coming to the room, the room was clean and housekeeping remains the same so room was good. But air-conditioning didnt work properly.

I am staying here for the second time. the place is still awesome. good people out there and most importantly the rooms are so cleannnnnn. cleanliness
