The Diwa Club by Alila - A Hyatt Brand - Resort hotel in Betalbatim, Gonsua - South Goa, India

Best resort I ever been. The place is too big with plenty of trees which makes your stay better. If you like to view or capture photos then you must visit this place. A great place for photoshoots. Rooms are very big, infinity pool doesn't actually give infinity pool experience. You get access to their private beach. Lot of food options but doesn't actually taste good for the price you pay.

One of the best vacation we have had in Goa. The rooms are big, spacious and well appointed. The food is equally amazing. The property is a 5 min ride to the beach in the hotel provided shuttle service. The best part about the stay was the level of personalized service. Chef Pradeep took exceptional care of us, especially my daughter who he gave cooking lessons aswell. Would surely recommend this place to anyone heading to this side of Goa.

Wonderful place and good room ... swimming pool... bath tube etc. breakfast is really good but other items on lunch and dinner needs little improvement. Breach is about 15 mins walk ... 2 pools one with infinity pool

Very well run hotel resort in South Goa. Excellent rooms at the Diwa Club pool facing. Delicious breakfasts. Staff are well trained and of tremendous assistance in recommending food, places of interest. Popular wedding venue - with celebrities. Location - out of the main attraction and taxi service very expensive

Room was so spacious, staff were so friendly and chefs went out of their way to make me whatever vegan food/dessert I wanted. The best hotel I've experienced as a vegan. Never said no to any request, loved it. Would give them a higher rating if possible. Definitely recommend. Cannot wait to go back!

I'm staying at Diwa Club Goa and the service here is exceptionally bad. I've voiced my concerns but the hotel staff seem the least bit interested. From hygiene to billing to phones not working to just basic convenience, everything about this property is sub par and has permanently damaged my trust in the Hyatt brand. I've asked to speak with a duty manager couple of times, but it appears he/she is too busy to spare even 5 minutes.to listen to my feedback.

Excellent experience at Akila Diwa. Club rooms are a class apart and the all day breakfast is something that adds so much to your comfort and options. Rooms are first rate, huge and so well equipped. Service has not a single thing to complain about.
