At demo they perform best. Then keep on changing the trainer every day. 50% of Trainer are full of ego, even after complaining they don't rectify it. They keep pushing you to do asana even if it's affects adversely on your body. Not advisable....

I have been into this place for one month now... And i can say this is one of the most peaceful place too improve your mental and physical health... My instructor srilatha have been a great coach support and advice on my journey.... Thanks @thedivinestudio

Great place for yoga and zumba. The management is awesome and the instructors are very co operative and dedicated.
