I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at The Divine Hima Restaurant & Bar, and it was nothing short of awful. We decided to try the Hummus Nachos, expecting a delicious and flavorful dish. However, what we received was nothing short of a joke. Instead of freshly made nachos, we were served a bowl of cheap, store-bought Doritos chips that cost around 20 Rupees. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge a whopping 400 Rupees for this subpar dish. It was an absolute rip-off. We also ordered a Sizzler, but it failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The quantity was meager, and the taste was far from satisfactory. The food lacked the flavor and finesse one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Considering the exorbitant prices they charge, one would hope for a memorable culinary experience, but sadly that was not the case. Speaking of prices, The Divine Hima Restaurant & Bar is severely overpriced. The menu itself is an extensive book, which takes an unreasonable amount of time just to navigate through. It seems they have prioritized quantity over quality in terms of menu items. Additionally, it was disheartening to discover that many of the dishes we wanted to try were not even available. This lack of availability further added to our disappointment. One of the most frustrating aspects of our visit was the sluggish and inefficient service. It seemed as though the staff were either understaffed or lacked the necessary training to handle a restaurant of this caliber. Orders took an eternity to arrive, and requests for assistance were met with indifference. The overall lack of attentiveness and promptness significantly detracted from the dining experience. The Restaurant left a lot to be desired. The food was subpar, overpriced, and lacked variety due to the unavailability of menu items. The service was slow and inattentive, and the taste of the dishes did not justify the exorbitant prices. If you are considering visiting this Restaurant, be prepared to pay a premium solely for the ambiance. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a more satisfying dining experience.
Sweet quirky arthouse littered with art and character at every turn. Definately not a chain brand hotel, you can sense the care taken to decorate every corner with something interesting. Rooms were very comfortable, staff was professional and courteous, wish id stayed longer
Tried to go. No service. Nothing ready. Edit: We tried to dine two days ago after calling you to ask if restaurant was open. We got there at 6:30 pm and the employees said only beer and pizza available. Noone welcomed us, no menu, did not know where to sit, so we just left. We really wanted to eat there and enjoy woodfired pizza Maybe next time things will be organized, will try to visit again. Thanks for reply.
Went with a friend who praised about the ambience of the place from his earlier visits. The reason of my somewhat low rating for this place is the food and service provided. We ordered a cappuccino (which was alright) and a Neapolitan Pizza. The pizza served was not Neapolitan at all and in fact, was very far off from a classic margarita as well. The dough was also not very well proofed and we both felt nauseated after having the pizza (sadly not exaggerating at all). Kindly request to serve what you advertise on the menu, as well as quality food which compliments the restaurant's distinctive ambience. The wood fire oven needs some justice as well. It can certainly make way better pizzas for sure. Ordered the pizza because the management had constructed a standalone unit for pizza at their place, but was disappointed with the experience and preparation. All in all, if you're just here for the ambience, sure go ahead. But if you are a person who likes being served quality food as advertised (considering the premium prices of the place as well), maybe you should explore more places instead.
staff is uneducated and use vulgar language. food is poor. I won't recommend this property for family. it's not safe. hotel staff is like goon.
We called before coming at around 6 pm and asked if pizza is available at that time. Owner said yes. When we reached there, the kitchen staff told us that owner does not know but pizza is not available. We left. They wasted our time and petrol even after calling them before going to this place!
So there's no personal vengeance 1. Hoegaarden beer ordered and was served in pints when checked it was expired 2. Team recommended by staff ordered mutton one more order but it's being charged . 3. Momo stuffing of mutton momo. Reply to your feedback : We had 1 Budweiser magnum . Other beer we ordered was hogarden which had expiry of 14 may . Order was on 27 may .and hence we returned you can check with your manager . Mutton momo we had and we paid for that . Mutton curry in main course was sent back As it was boiled mutton in raw garlic pieces floating curry . . We didn't have main course at your place u can check . Please ask your manager he apologised and agreed that chef is on leave and he has seen everything . It will great if you can focus on food quality rather than making person comments on your guest that they are not conscious while rating u . Your place is nice you have a good pickle collection . but you need to really work on food all the best
It is literally heaven on earth. What a pleasant experience it has been with The Divine Hima. Kudos to the owners, the managers and the staff. Everything was just perfect. Amazing property with exquisite designing, rooms, facilities and location wise. One of the best places I have ever been. Beautifully made. Would definitely come back for a longer visit.
