I want to let know the owner of the diamond spa. That he has hired a completely abnormal staff. I don't know her name. I called on No given on website. A girl received. I made an appointment at4:30. But I got late for 10 mints due to traffic. She started calling continuously Like mad. And started yelling at me why Are not here yet. I said Are you mad or what because I have never seen such behaviour. Then she started abusing me. I literally did not go inside. I came back home. This is the worst behaviour anyone could experience.

Worst service at his best , AC not working, lift not working , they don't know how to talk specially the reception guy, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Worst experience,waste of money please do not go , 3rd class service
