This has been my best stay ever in Gangtok.. The scenic view... The serenity of this place is worth mentioning.. so much warmth and hospitality under one roof.. the efforts they gave to make their guests comfortable during their stay is way beyond my words. .. last but not the least Alisha Di managed and made our stay so memorable that I would love to go back to that hotel again and again... You name it and she has that for you.. Her helpful and cordial nature has all my heart..
First of all five star is not enough,the owner is so polite,rooms are clean spacious,and I must mention about the staff who are present for services,they are angles so polite so friendly,they does almost whatever you ask them to do,,
One of the most responsive hotels, which is rare now a days in the industry. Cant think of staying anywhere else in Gangtok. Travelers' must try it out and see what I am talking about.
