Good clean rooms, cleanliness maintained well. Hygiene 7/10. Crowd 8/10 pretty much Hostel vibe. you'll meet national and international travellers. Security 7/10. ** Relatively safe but not Guarded , so theft does happen here.Take care of your valuables and you are good to go. The area in itself falls into safe zones of Delhi. Nearby good Market place.

Based on our (group of 3 girls) 2-day stay: If you're expecting a vibe like Zostel or The Hosteller, you probably won't get it. It's a row house converted into a hostel stay in a residential colony. It's pretty dull place, figuratively and literally. A kitchen is available for you to cook your own meal. It's fine if you need a place to just to keep your stuff and crash at night. Management was not great either. There was no one to attend to us at the reception while check in, keeping us waiting for over 30 minutes. None of the contact numbers listed were answered. Comforters weren't replaced for the next guest. We booked a mixed dorm since the female dorm wasn't available. We were not allowed to lock the door even to get dressed, which was inconvenient because dorm-mates and even the helper staff walked in multiple times without knocking. The water purifiers were empty all evening and night. The manager seemed to keep giving the benefit of the doubt to those staying for longer durations, because these dorm-mates, who were all there for over a month, gave us instructions (no locking doors, no playing music, etc) as if we were crashing at their house, which was unnecessary and inconvenient because we did stay pretty decently without causing others inconvenience.

It was relatively safe, staff is well mannered, it's has a seperate place to work/eat, every floor has a balcony for smoke, etc. Rooms and beds are spacious and clean. Location is also very easily accessible, autos and cab drop you in front of the hostel.

Rooms are well designed and decorated fully furnished available with WiFi connection. Service is also very good. The location is a very good place.

We had an amazing stay with the desire hostel. The room we booked looked exactly like in the pictures , helpful with every request we had, no matter the time or circumstances. We would definitely come again

Illegal business . There is no board outside about this hostel . This is a common practice in Malviya Nagar. Room full of mosquitoes. Unhygienic conditions. Taking money and giving unexpected poor quality. If you cannot afford to give basic clean amenities, please stop this hidden business! Location is good but no use if your guest cannot survive at all.

very great experience . especially for the solo travellers, student come to Delhi for internship or training.Such a good locality with very economical rates. Justified with its name 'The Desire Hostel ' As a student and youngster , there is very economical rates of rooms and situated in good locality, where we can explore Delhi. and intract with foreigner travellers also,. interact with the students from different states from different educational streams. great experience
