They are fun, very informative and really takes the time to ensure it is tailored to your individual fitness level. keeps you motivated and encourages you to progress and challenge yourself. I have seen an improvement not only in my fitness but in my general confidence when exercising. Best place to learn yoga, zumba , aerobics and cardio. Highly recommended who want to get in shape.
