This is a good hospital, the behavior of the staff is good, the service is good, my brother's operation was done by Dr. Ashish Paul, he is a very good doctor, his behavior is also very good, no matter the patient, he wants to live.I believe that don't run after name, also look at the work of any doctor.

Recently I experienced pathetic services. I was suffering from fever and at sharp 3 pm I went to curesta they told me the doctor in emergency will also see so after 1 hr the doctor saw me . I took medicine . Next day the condition was not improving so I went to curesta to seek help . They told me to wait i waited for 1 hr with fever and tht doctor who saw me yesterday didn't turned up . I requested the reception guy if the doctor is available in OPD he replies yes but I will have to pay the fees again . I said if I m paying the fees to curesta it's the responsibility of curesta to provide substitute doctor if the doctor is unavailable . How can a patient pay the fees again and again in two days to seek advise if improvement is not seen . The managers kindly look into this and genuinely think from eyes of a patient who waited 1 hr with fever and went to home without any treatment.
