I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a restaurant. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Worst Hotel Experience Ever.. Staff is not well trained.. very less staff. Wherever you ask for room service they make you wait for 45 mins to an hour that's pathetic.. Being in Service industry they should be more prompt.. I had booked suite room for 6 days when they provide such services to VIP customer how they wish have treated deluxe room customer.. Worst Hotel experience ever.. don't book this hotel if you are in sagar
A luxurious hotel on makroniya road near hawk canteen sagar. Provide facilities of resturant, chat chaupati,and marriage hall,and also spa and gym. I recommend to visit atleast once.
A nice place to stay and host ceremonies. Spacious rooms, parking, halls, lawn. Had booked the Crown Hall for an event. Ample lights, space and very good interiors.

Everything thing is superb in this hotel with great hospitality. There is alway an employee pesent when you need Grand entry Dinning is super with delicious food. And good for marriage like occasion. One of the best place for hoteling and dinning
Very good place . Rooms are good in comfort . Room service is not very good . The location is best with a good gallery with painting and sketch etc.
On the makronia road, next to army cantonment, the hotel is nicely placed. Property is large and rooms spacious. However breakfast is not very exciting and the hotel doesn't extend their gym to guests. Service is acceptable
