Good hotel to stay, that too in reasonable price. The entrance, lobby and rooms were neat and well managed, even the toilets were clean. Lift is also available. Even free parking facility is also available. Overall it is a very good hotel is manager and staff very good experience

Please don't use this hotel, they gave me a room charged me with ac room price. The full night the ac was not working. Upon telling the staff they told me that I am talking rude to them. The lady at reception is not there to help however she is there to justify that there is no other room available. I have stayed in lot of property across India. This was most worst experience that I have. If there was a negative rating i would have given them negative star rating. Please avoid at any cost. I think all other good review is either bought or updated by the seo team. They will only charge a lot of money and when it comes to service it will bunch of non sense excuses. Plus this is not the first time I am getting this kind of service form this property. I have paid in advance for the service, but never got it.

Rooms are in a bad shape; fixtures in bathroom broken; water drain blocked; untidy Do not recommended.

The manager and staff is the worst , they don't have manners to talk to women and create their own rules . Even after paying full price they are treating the customers very badly . Never recommend this hotel to anyone Very bad experience

Arrogant staff. The uncle who sits on reception will talk harshly to you. Hotels are meant to be helpful to the customer and there this hotel. I was glad I didn't paid for the first place. I was on long ride and wanted to crash out of tiredness. They have STRICT 11 AM check-in. I asked if room is available can you give early check-in. That uncle said " free mai thodi de dega". 2500 seems free to him. Because of this types of people I started caring my own tent. When I ride I just need to find safe place to make tent and rest for the day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE.

Decent rooms at cost effective price, try to book the rooms directly rather than any app as they offer a good deal ranging from 2400/- for a double occupancy for a deluxe room. There is no in dine, u need to place order and wait for the food to come, rather there are some decent joints close by for lunch and dinner.

It is very good experience in crown business hotel and I love it

There is no in-house kitchen. They order food from outside and they add their commission into it. Food atleast take 45mins to come. If you want to order food from Zomato or Swiggy then you have to pay Rupees 100 to Hotel. Rest all good.
