Crossone fitness has been awesome to me! Get such a postive & friendly vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. Their trainers are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable,encouraging, helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The workouts are always new & engaging and the instructors care about not only getting you to sweat, but also making sure you are staying safe and healthy & guide us accordingly. Everyday is a new training Chart so it is never boring . I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape and to be fit
