Great stay at The Crescent Suites, Kalamaserry Kochi. The property is a great place that is both economical, hygienic and comfortable. The entire staff , from their Reception Desk to Room Service staff are very polite and helpful. Food quality and quantity is perfect.

The hotel is located at a walking distance from Kalamassery metro station. That's about everything that is good about the hotel. The rooms and amenities are not worth half the price they are charging. Rooms are small, breakfast is fixed and one staff at the reception was rude. They shut down the elevators at night.
