Hotel Location is good, but service and Rooms are not upto the mark.. Small basic things in the Hotel are missing.. Like Study table or chair wasn't there. Also they didn't provide proper Toiletries or Tea making kettle and Sachets. Breakfast is limited.As per the money it's OK OK.. But if you are looking for good Rooms and service you should check other options too
Very Bad Service, Price is very high, at same price you can get a room in 3 star hotel, unprofessional staff.
Irresponsible, after cleaning the room they didn't lock it, it was open and keys were in the room.

Don't go on the photos. I booked it and regretted left that place within 2 hrs.

Food provided by the restaurant of the hotel are good and tasty. But for breakfast they have limited options. Room cleanliness is not maintained, even the bed is also not the proper one. Dustbin was full for two days and no lift. Carry small kids is difficult. For one time stay it is good. Close to panjim bus stand.

They have maintained most of the building with its old architecture, wooden flooring, narrow staircase. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
The suite rooms have the most amazing balcony with the Panjim bridge view.

I and my husband stayed at Vivanta Miramar for 4 nights in a superior room. Everything was smooth right from the check in till the check out. Check in took less than 5 minutes with minimal formalities and a very refreshing welcome drink (A Lemonade).
Location of hotel is amazing. Views of the river are perfect, staff is courteous. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. There could be 1 more lift and a better breakfast
