The creek club resort is good to spend the holidays and have fun with family, friends, couples, tourist. The interesting thing in the resort is it is near to the lake and we can enjoy the lake view in morning and get good photos to make it as a memorable. We can have night chill out with friends and family with bone fire also etc.
The services is not good at all.... Food is not available what you want thats not available here ... i,m staying 2 times but 2nd time experience is not good at all ... swimming pool is not clear ... starter is not available ... i oders panner in dinner but gave mix veg and when i called then to complain they are not available to take call.... Rooms also not good not clear , balcony npt clear... bead cover is not clear not good...Room service good but others only going with reputation of the name of creek club thats all...
The most unprofessional resort ever .... They do not inform us that we can not access pool because some shooting was going on..and they order is to stay inside in the room . They cancel our booking but donot refund

This place is located in pailan. If you want to visit any place just to enjoy some calmness and relax then this is the right place for you. This place is still growing , i hope it will get much better in coming months. They have ac pinewood cottages, and ac lake view cottages. No non ac rooms available. We took lake view room which was 3500+gst. If the price would have been a little less around 3000rs overall then it would have been best as per the amenities available. Staffs were good , really well behaved. Restaurant food is good. Pricing is medium. Must try mutton kosha, it was the best mutton kosha ever i had in my life. They dont have hard drinks option. We had to swiggy hard drinks to the resort and they allowed it. They have hookah available. This place is couple , kids , old people friendly. I would suggest the authority to keep some tubes , ball, in the swimming pool ,to make it more fun. Also if some foot lights or lamps in the garden and near the interior lake area it will be good during the night. If you install some more lighting near the swimming pool for night then it will be very happening. Please note that you must take your cab or take taxi to this place ,since its very interior side, quiet far from the bus stop. Ola/uber/indrive is available here even if its extremely interior. The worst experience ever. I called them today for booking for Sunday-Monday (1st Oct - 2nd Oct ). After calling they sent me a text that they are available in WhatsApp only. So I pinged in WhatsApp!!!! Man literally they are professionals. I ask them some basic queries they replied like 1-2hrs later! Still I asked them for booking for full day! They didn't even replied to that !! I don't why they get so many positive feedback. Just worst than ever. Even you cannot call them directly. They are available only WhatsApp!!!! I don't recommend this kind of place.
Expensive rooms(wooden cottage) are looks cheaper than the other rooms due to lack of maintenance..! Need more corporate culture & education to servicing staff, otherwise for long run, will give you pain & difficulty...! Food taste was good,but you have to think early on their time bracket, otherwise, it's not possible to get anything...! We face that problem in evening snacks..! In breakfast, you can't find any fruits or juice,very difficult for kids..! You can't even purchase as they don't have..! Very strange..!
