Great experience stayed for Two nights. Spacious Rooms Freindly Staff Room services was very fast and well coordinated. Food quality & quantity were very satisfying. Great atmosphere through out the day. Lawn,pool,garden well maintained. 100% Recommended *Please avoid properties event days.

This is the BEST property in Shantiniketan for sure. Too much of open space. Their service is close to 5 star hotel standards. Food is awesome and buffet breakfast also have a range of options which is complimentary with any type of room you choose. Loved the swimming pool which is clean.

Absolutely beautiful environment specially the lawn, reminding me of English countryside essence inside the creek resort compound.... Pool looks clean enough , rooms tidy with tiny refrigerators to quench ur thirst, food services in the restaurant is great with variety in menu specially the breakfast... . Forgot giving tips to the luggage bearers due to hurriedness in boarding our car( sorry for that) ...... Overall great experience this weekend at the resort.

Giving star to them is not justice for them,they have the nicest staff with a smiling face always,the cleanness of this place whether you stay here or dine here. Taste of food you can compare with any of Kolkata best restaurant and service is as great as it can be. Overall I am more then satisfied and this is one of best place I stay anywhere in India.

This is a nice resort where you can bring in your whole family. They have a big lawn where you can enjoy your evening under the open sky. Along side they have a nice pool, you can enjoy your morning and evening by the pool. The rooms are really nice and big enough. And have adjacent balcony with each. Food is OK in comparison with quantity and quality. But, if you're visiting this place on weekends, make sure you are informing kitchen at least 30-40 minutes before your meal. They need that time to prepare the food. If you are in a group of 6 or more people, make sure you have reserved a table for you. The service is pretty average here. But if you are not looking for something like 5 star, you can manage. They have car parking inside and outside. The Kopai river is just 1.5 km from here. So, you can take an evening stroll.

Our school took us to our first batch trip to Shantiniketan. Our balcony overlooked the lawn. It had a wonderful view. They provided us with welcome drinks and the best food. The room was spacious and comfortable. Wonderful experience. The room service was great. It had a pleasant ambience. The lawn was huge and calm. The swimming pool was also visible from our balcony. Lastly, I would love to revisit the hotel and have another beautiful experience. -Asmita and Jayasmita

Obnoxious behavior of the Manager, a disgusting experience with reception desk and the service. I have booked the Executive suite for a 2 days stay, but the experience had been horrible. Rain water leaking into the executive suite room and water leaking out from the AC ducts due to poor maintenance. For breakfast, we had to wait for atleast 45 mins to get a chance to enter the Restaurant as there was a huge rush and management was not equipped to cater to such huge no. of guests, though they have given the booking. Even ay 10 o'clock in the morning, which was the closing time for breakfast, we didn't get a chance to enter the restaurant and eat. They kept us waiting. The most inefficient set of reception desk staff I have ever seen. There is no security latch in the room. Manager's responsr to all these was, "It can happen. If you cannot adjust, please check out. The owner is aware of everything. Go and complain to him. Do whatever you want." That was really disgusting. I wonder how people are giving 5/5 rating!

A bit expensive. But quality of food is good. Feels like a proper resort. Swimming pool available. Sitting place in lawn area available. Plenty of parking area available. You can book for private party. Staying option is available. Gym is available. Overall good experience.
