Loved this place !!! Reasonable tariff, clean , tidy and very friendly staff. The rooms were beautiful and cozy. They serve delicious food and in good quantity. We used this place during our bike trip, they have in-house mechanic as they do rent bikes - thats an advantage for bikers. Will surely visit again.

Just finished a wonderful trip in the Ladakh region. Our group arrived in Leh and stayed at this hotel before setting off for a 5 day motorbike adventure with Ladakh Bike Rentals (which is located in the same building) The location is just outside of downtown Leh and is perfect for setting off for motorbike rides around the area. It takes roughly 20 mins to walk to the Leh market from here. The rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds, hot shower and absolutely delicious buffet dinner each night. The hosts - Gurmat and his wife are extremely welcoming along with their entire team. Highly recommended!

Wow! I love this place! <3 I stayed several nights in this hotel during a trip to Ladakh. It was like staying with family. The staff is trained, friendly and supports every need. Rooms are clean, tidy and very nice. The food is excellent and plentiful. I am really happy with my stay and the friendship born with the staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Prime Location. Provide bikes also to customers. Caretaker was such an energetic & warm person who caters to all the needs of the customers and the property. Awesome service. 24 hrs hot water provided. Food provided was quite appetizing to the tastebuds. But it may not be relished by those who take spicy diet. The dining area is very beautiful. Rooms are good with special mention to very comfortable bed and such cozy comforters that i fell in love with on my first stay.. such that my next stay was also Courtyard bunks.

The Courtyard is a beautiful place. It is decorated with very good taste, mixing modern elements with Ladakhi tradition. It is very clean, it is a quiet and pleasant place, the rooms are large and spacious. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly, always willing to help and with a smile. It's right above the LBR and it's run by the same people, so if you're thinking of staying in Leh and then going on a motorcycle tour, this is the best place!! When we come back to Leh, we will stay here again, for sure!!

Well to begin with, this place is suitable only for backpackers who may want to unwind at night and charge devices. The owner has bad temper and is very unfriendly. Food is horrible and tastes absolutely pathetic. Rooms typically don't have hot shower and owner even charges for the hot water bucket. Dont go by photos of the property. Rooms even lack proper latches. Also this is far from market area. Slow service and staff who are not trained for hospitality business. This is best avoided.

Good Stay with Breakfast. We were 5 people, who took bikes from the same place. It was so convenient to stay as well as pick up and return bikes for our trip. Good food, Clean rooms and regular hot water available. Great Shout out to Gourmet, Deepak [Staff] & Lomsang.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Courtyard. The rooms were very pretty and cozy. They have a beautiful and colorful open space, where you can hangout, have food, chit chat with your friends/family. The staff are very nice and helpful. They even let us keep our luggage with them for a few days free of cost, when we had left Leh to visit other places. They made sure we got to taste multiple cuisines during our stay. Mr.Gurmat, the owner of the place even provided us with an extra jacket, when we visited Pangong and made sure we stayed warm, as the weather was extremely cold there. Airport pickup and drop is also available, if needed. The place is just a 5-10 minute walk away from the Leh market. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place.
