The Courtyard - Best Restaurant, Indian Restaurants, Veg Restaurants - Indian restaurant in Bharatpur - Bharatpur, India

Lovely ambience and a very good place for food in Bharatpur. We went there for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the nice cosy ambience. The food was also quite good. They have a mix of indoor and outdoor seating space and outdoor seating gives the perfect candle light dinner feel. Couldn't have expected better in Bharatpur. Staff is short and can definitely be increased. Our server was spending 80% of the time in kitchen only.

Great place for a pit stop if you are catching a train. Food was excellent, lovely courtyard area and clean toilets. 5/5

Visited this place after Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary.. Restaurant is very near to bird sanctuary. Ambience and food were awesome. We were tourists from Delhi, so found the place comparable with good theme restaurant in Delhi. Amazing experience.

I am giving 4 stars for the well-mannered staff and overall food. Taking away one star for a bad experience. I have tried their food twice and the experience has been completely different each time. At first i visited this place for lunch. I ordered Kekda Kebab for starter and some paneer gravy for main course. And the foood was really good. A little bit on the higher price range but worth it. Quantity was also sufficient this time BUT The second time i ordered Mutton Rogan josh from home via Zomato and it was absolutely pathetic. The quantity was so low that it was disrespectful. And it tasted more or less like the one i cook at home. Nothing mind-blowing. Below are the pictures of a mutton rogan josh worth 400 rupees. I may have to try once more to arrive on conclusion whether it is worth it or not. Edit: I again tried Butter chicken and Tawa paneer. And the taste was really really good. One of the best places in Bharatpur to eat. I love both the quality and quantity. Giving 5 stars.

Unexpected: delicious food, ambience and service. I was exploring a place for a family dinner and found about this new courtyard near to quite other restaurants visited in the past. Very quaint and neat only con is a limited AC sitting, rest they have plenty outdoor sitting. The staff was prompt and courteous and food taste was good. Pricing too was a little on the high side for the city limits but reasonable for the experience.

Tasty Food Recommended: Alu Do Pyaza, Tawa Chapati Polite Staff Decor Could be improved Cleanliness of the table cloths (imho table cloths on the round tables are impractical as Indian food has a lot of grease that will make the upkeep difficult)

Rajasthan is famous for its hospitality, but the food this restaurant has served is below standards and the attitude of the waiter after giving him the feedback was such a shock, as he was not giving any attention to the feedback. Not recommending to any of my friends or family.
