An awesome to spend your day. Well mannered staff with comfortable and spacious rooms. Good foods with spacious parking area. Prompt room service. Overall a must stay place with railway station just few steps away.

What all can go WRONG if you book a room in this hotel. 1. The central AC is a joke--ineffective even at its lowest temp. and highest fan speed. Our room change request was denied. 2. The deluxe room at Rs.3200/- lacks basics like an electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets. Room service for water bottle takes 30 minutes. 3. Despite being centrally located in Paltan Bazar, the adjacent railway station's noise ensures that you are disturbed whole night. 4. No rain shower, just a feeble handheld one with low water flow, making bathing a chore instead of a relaxing activity. 5. The bathroom wash basin tap isnt fitted properly and as such it will shake while you operate making it difficult to open the tap. 6. Toiletries are as scarce as proper service, with only a thin soap on offer. 7. The charging points are sufficient and well placed but interestingly most doesnt work properly. Don't be fooled by plugging in the charger and thinking that your device is being charged; after a while it will automatically disconnect and you have to adjust it every 5 minutes. 8. The room's lighting, though strategically placed, is marred by dirty shades, creating a gloomy atmosphere. 9. Rotten food horror stories from Google Maps reviews led me to skip both hotel meals, including the complimentary breakfast. 10. The hospitality is simply non-existent; from check-in, you're treated like a burden, and pointing out issues is met with resistance. The unapologetic management compounds the misery, leaving you regretting your decision to stay. There is this big hotel claiming to be a 4 star hotel but hospitality is 0 star. The tone at which the hotel reception will talk to you is simply disgusting although I shut him off after getting so much of irritation. In fact while I was checking in, one RBI official was at the reception discussing about booking hotel rooms in bulk as they had some regional sports meet. What I could see from the hotel reception side was like ' if you wanna take it, take it or else leave.' If a bulk customer is treated this way, I think one cannot expect much for the small ones. Note to the owner of the property: One day you will realise, how the hotel management has ruined your hotel.

The hotel is at a great place but unfortunately the rooms need to be maintained and the staff needs to be made prompt in their service. They do not provide coffee sachets. The washroom and room needs maintenance. The room service women do not know how to speak to guests and have a very carefree attitude. The water leaks from the ceiling.

Faltu receptionist In make my trip without breakfast it was showing 2400 double bed and when we went there to book they said with breakfast 4000 double bed and without breakfast it's 3000. And when I said I will book online from make my trip, he said, "yeah! You may do, I tried and it's all sold out within a sec. And I was standing in front of his desk, he himself was making it unavailable from his computer, I could clearly see , omg such a pathetic liar receptionist. Such a chutiya !! Nonsense . Trying to fool me.

Very conveniently located as the hotel can be reached in 10 mins Max by walking from the railway station. Rooms are decent, however improvement needs to be made in terms of toiletries, fix broken bathroom fittings, attached hair dryer. The support staff were very good however at the of check-in I was shocked by the rude behaviour of the front desk manager. I never experienced such obnoxious behaviour anywhere else, the hotel management should definitely help him learn some etiquettes if he is to be managing the front desk as that's the first point of making an impression. Recommend if you are traveling with family or alone for a short visit, not recommended if you want to spend leisure time in hotel as they don't have any amenities for the same.

The worst ever treatment given by reception person Mr. Khan. He was treating every guest very badly and his arrogance was unbearable. Our booking was done through a trip advisor, and reception was treating us as we are beggers and he is doing some favour on us. Rooms alloted were dirty and untidy. No basic things like kettles etc provided. He misguided us for the in house restaurant. Next morning there was no hot water, after following up for an hr, the receipt person responded (only one bucket hot water we could get for all members). Worst ever hotel, worst ever reception. Please think before going for it.

Room is not clean, hotels staff is not coprative, when we check out ask some cold water they didn't give us. Ac is also not working, and TV also not working. Overall very bad experience

Near to railway station. If you have train to catch it's best place to stay. Service is poor. Food is good. Breakfast has very less options and very poor arrangements.
