The Connect Inn Hotel - Hotel in Kochi, Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience! The mixed fried rice I ordered was absolutely delicious. It had a perfect balance of flavors and the ingredients were fresh. Additionally, the restaurant has a spacious parking lot, which made it convenient for me to find a spot for my car. The ambience of the place was delightful - it had a warm and inviting atmosphere, creating a pleasant dining environment. The customer service was top-notch as well. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its fantastic food, ample parking, lovely ambience, and excellent customer service.

Location: Right next to vytilla mobility hub, no parking space though. Reception: Helpful, friendly staff. Room: LOVED IT. Comfortable bedding, spacious, well laid out. Telecom was not functioning, used water bottles were kept and TV was not connected. There's no lift and no helper. I had to do it all myself (Fix TV, collect water, carry luggage). Food: I didn't have any food there. So, no comments. But there's a nice open restaurant, Kettuvallam and also across the road are multiple roadside dhabas that remain open till late night. Recommendation: RECOMMENDED. I JUST LOVED THE ROOM. Fairly priced. Good location. Comfortable. They may need to sort out staffing, parking and lift issues though.

**A Nightmare at Connect Inn Hotel, Vyttila: Never stay here - An Unsanitary and Disgusting Experience - Dead cockroach in food** I recently had the misfortune of staying at Connect Inn Hotel, and I must say, it was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The lack of cleanliness was so apparent that I couldn't believe I had actually paid for this appalling accommodation, although we won't observe this during our initial observation of the room. They made us pay the full payment even before check in (Rs. 1700) and also made us pay Rs. 500 (as extra payment for late check out). Torn Bedsheets /Stained blanket- Let me start by mentioning the broken towel rack in the toilet. It was hanging precariously, barely attached to the wall, and completely unusable. How can a hotel claim to provide basic amenities when even a simple towel rack is broken? The bedsheets were torn in multiple places and the the blanket was also stained with red/pink marks. (photos attached) To make matters worse, the washbasin in the bathroom was clogged with hairs which was so unheigenic. I had to endure the frustration of watching the water slowly drain away while attempting to use the sink. This is not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. The TV control was not working and satellite communication device was kept on broken stand. (photo attached). Dead cockroach in breakfast - The breakfast experience was an absolute disaster. My wife discovered a dead cockroach part in the beef curry, which was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. The sight of such an unappetizing surprise ruined our entire appetite. It's appalling to think that the hotel's kitchen staff would be so negligent as to serve a dish containing foreign objects. We complained this to the Connect Inn Hotel staff and also to Kettuvallam Restaurant and they were least bothered giving us their lethargic excuses, except that they served another food. (photos attached) Mosquitos - The room itself was infested with mosquitoes. I don't understand how so many of these insects managed to find their way into the room, but it made my stay incredibly uncomfortable. The constant buzzing made it very difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Overall, my stay at Conenct Inn hotel was an absolute nightmare. The broken towel rack, clogged washbasin, dead cockroach part in the breakfast, and the mosquito infestation made it impossible to have a pleasant experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice and look for alternatives that prioritize cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort. This hotel has failed miserably in meeting even the most basic standards of hospitality. The behaviour of the tall young lad sitting at the reception was very bad and unprofessional. Please do not ever stay at this hotel or have food from their attached restaurant (Kettuvallam Restaurant) The only advantage of this hotel is its close proximity to bus stand.

Worst stay ever. No A/C . They provided a dummy remote to adjust something looked like central Ac. Reception said it usually takes an hour to cool. And it never happened. Sewer smell also in restaurant. Blanket provided was extremely dirty. Nightmare.

Hotel Connect In is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff are polite, extremely helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Although the bathroom may be a bit small, the overall experience is positive thanks to the great service and attentive receptionist. I highly recommend Hotel Connect In for your next trip.

Room was just an average for the prize. Staffs were very professional. Rooms are not very clean and had an unpleasant smell.

The stay in connect inn was very good, near vytila mobility hub, metro station and water metro station the stay was good clean rooms tv and telephone was there toliet is good but not hot water overall stay was excellent for a solo traveller
